I have been waiting for Ford to take care of a recall for 2 years. I had been jumping through the hoops as they were dictated but Ford did not follow through with their obligations for two years. On this visit Josh Espieg saw, from the records, what I had been going through and he took the initiative to get the job done. I had lost my faith in Ford but now I have completely written them off. They still need to make it up to us somehow but now I will allow it.
