Been going to Peoria ford for awhile now, purchased my trucks from their, sales crew have been awesome working with. Service departments been up and down I think, I know their busy. You walk in sometimes, no one really greets you, your left standing. I have had different c/rep's, they always seem to just run you through the line, not listening or following up on questions and answers on shop products or recommendations.
