Wish the scale went higher than a five I would give him an 11 his staff as well. Colin was a tremendous help getting my truck back-and-forth to me. I would get both of those service people and 11.

I was informed of a recall. They got me in for service immediately. Told me it would take a couple of hours. And it did and was done on time. Fast efficient. Carlos and the Department Mgr were professional. Carlos did an exceptional job getting my truck in and me back on the road.
