The Peoria Ford Service Team has been stellar - specifically the Service Advisor Dan McCloud who has assisted me the last couple visits! - Thumbs Up! Unlike other Dealerships, when you call with questions, or need to schedule an appointment; you are able to actually "speak" to someone, and aren't transferred multiple times and forwarded to voicemails!

Excellent service. I called my service advisor on the way to Peoria Ford. My brakes were going out. He arranged a rental and my car was ready the next day even though parts had to be ordered.
