DO NOT GO HERE. After speaking with a family friend of mine I found out that the man who does finance is here got fired from another dealership for scamming people out of their money. Do not get gap insurance no matter what they say to you and double check that they're not putting a warranty onto your finance contract when you're leaving and signing paperwork. Service was fine----RIDICULOUS you charge people for using their credit card

They tried to charge Me over 5k for work that they said was needed done immediately. Took to a diesel mechanic and was not the case. Was a minor fix that cost me less than 1k.
While the staff was courteous, the gesture of a refund in exchange for favorable survey ratings felt more like a temporary "band-aid" than a true resolution. I still have concerns about potential future issues, and I continue to experience financial strain related to these repairs, including being required to use a credit card and incurring an added fee.

Took the vehicle to them okay buddy Tuesday for an oil change. Told them to fix the noise in the sunroof and they could have it until Friday to do so. We called on Friday to pick it up and they had not even looked at the sunroof! I was not happy as I told them on Tuesday to fix it no matter the price!! Call me and I would approve the repair. Never got a call and my vehicle is still not fixed.

Worst experience ever. They had my car for two weeks without one update. I took the car away and they broke the lights and light at the light were broken when I dropped off the car.

They have lost my business over a lie and 10.00 dollars. Took my 2018 Ford in for an inspection as it might need some major work. I was assigned to service advisor, Lorena who advised me that if I did get an work done there would be a 209.95 inspection fee. I did not have any work done and when I picked up my car he said the bill was 259.00. she claimed the additional charges were taxes. I said 50 bucks in taxes and she replied yes. She still removed the shop fees except for 10.00. Never again
