My husband and I decided to refi our home and take cash out. As we all know it is a daunting process. Ive was a little skeptical of Brandon at first, but when he started working on my mortgage WOW, he really knows his job. He really works for you and im not an easy person to work for.I recommended hom to a few co workers already. He gets the job done and in a good time frame. I texted this guy day and night. With so many questions honestly sometimes the same questions. Ryan was a thrill to work with. 10 out 10. I forgot to mention he got me the lowest rate out of ten brokers.

I highly recommend Perennial Funding. They were professional, excellent customer service. It took less than a month from start to finish the entire process. The interest rates were good. Closing cost a little more that expected.

I refinanced with Corey and his team. While I had a horrible first-time home buyer experience with another company, I wish I would have worked with Corey and his team during my first time because they were amazing. Corey was always there making sure I understood the process and was always encouraging. When I accomplished something for the refinance he would email me and say “good job, Nakia.” That truly made me feel special. The process was seamless and I am truly happy to have my business and my amazing home with Corey.
