Continue to love Pet Paradis Fort Myers location. My boy, Badger has been going there since 2020 for day camp 2-3 times weekly, along with many weekly boarding times throughout the past 4 years. I have never had any problems with the care they give my fur-baby. If I do have any questions they are always willing to listen and answer all questions I may have. Badger has NEVER acted like he did not want to go back to Pet Paradise. Thank you for all the love and care you have given our boy. Sincerely, Kristen and Matt Michels

my two dogs have been going there for over two years and love it. the staff has always been friendly and my pets are not stressed. one has anxiety and does well. would recommend

we have been going to this location since May. Out dogs Ella and Cody sprint in to go play. We have even had them there for 2 weeks and next summer they will be there 3 weeks. They have a vet on premises so that's always a plus. I see lots of people have given them bad ratings but we are happy with them. The place has plenty of staff which is good. Are they sometimes slow to process the dogs, yes. The bottom line is we continue to use this facility and will continue going forward.

Michelle is THE BEST! Our pup has been to PP a few times to play and he loves it! No huge complaints-- until I got word that they had to cancel a grooming appointment because the groomer we were assigned to was over-booked. It was going to be our first time trying out PP for our grooming, even though they are more expensive than our typical groomer. We've only used once so far for the meet and greet but our boys loved the place, and we enjoyed the peace of mind that we could watch them on the cameras all day. The customer service was excellent. Alisa (a manager) was soooooo extremely sweet, informative, and patient with all our questions and concerns!! We never felt rushed upon our first visit. We already have them booked for our next vacation of 10 days and feel at peace that are boys will be in good hands. THANK YOU PET PARADISE TEAM!!!!

Lots of staff everywhere and everyone we've visited They are happy and helpful Love seeing the dogs in the morning pool time Many choices for staying We chose this place for the indoor and outdoor runs. Though our dogs won't swim or socialize it was still a great choice for us We paid for 1-1 play time and they called us when our baby was as not eating for suggestions She never eats when we are away Clean, efficient and although many of the days on the week we paid more for her hotel stay then our own.... Truly loved my experience here! My dog Violet LOVES going and playing with all the dogs. The staff is beyond amazing and Violet loves seeing them too! They are all extremely friendly. I defiantly recommend bringing your dog here!! They have cameras if you want to check up and it so so cute seeing them all play. They also have many grooming options and they are affordable.
