Phoebe is our new pride and joy. Being an "only child" this smart Standard Poodle needs more than we can give her, and that's where Pet Paradise comes in. Phoebe and I took the tour and were impressed. However, she is timid, so she will only visit periodically for half days until she is more comfortable with the environment. Our family is happy that Pet Paradise is available, and we LOVE viewing her from their webcams.
Great place for my best friend. Lots of caregivers and attention. They maintain great supervision over the dogs and interact with them constantly. The only problem I had was not being able to contact them by phone. I was put on hold and did not get return calls. I had to chat on line with a person that was not even in the same state. With so many staff it did not make sense to be unable to communicate with the facility at all. communication was impersonal. That is why the rating of 4 was given.

We visited this location with our dog for the first time today.. The facility is so clean. We appreciate being able to watch our dog remotely and also in person. The staff was very friendly, especially to the dogs! We definitely will come here often to let our dog play in this wonderful environment.

My dog spent 2 night at the ft myers (resort) all his vaccines were up to date. He's an intact male, I was told that's ok. He came home stinking of urine. Had to go to the vet for a corneal ulcer the day I picked him up. I was told he had a great time in the pool. He's a frenchie! Omg you let him in the pool . I guess I'm lucky he didn't drown.....

Please also reference Paige M. review. My dog Mochi was boarded with Pet Paradise for three nights and we also purchased all day play for our little guy (29.9 lb golden-doodle... not so little). We were told that a 29 pound dog would go with the larger dogs. Once we arrived they told us that he would have to go with smaller dogs. We let that slide. "Paradise" is laughable; I'm sure my dog lived in a nightmare while he stayed here. I drop my dog Mochi off on Friday (12/29) and picked him up Monday afternoon (1/1). My dog is 29.9 pounds (almost 30). We were told he seemed too small to go with the larger dogs. But they said they could try him with the larger dog group and see how he does. Great! Garbage company. If I could give negative stars I would. If they refuse your pets for any reason you will not get your deposit back. We booked our dogs for boarding and were told they were good to go. Over the phone by an employee. When we dropped the dogs off the day of travel we were told their vaccines had expired. Ok...too late to do anything with the vet clinic. So obviously they refused the dogs. Because we didn't cancel within 7 days they won't give us our 100$ back. This establishment is extremely unprofessional. We had a trip planned for weeks and our dog injured himself two days prior to the board stay. I called to verify it was still ok for him to stay (he had a cut on his leg and needed stitches) the man that answered the phone said "yes that should be totally fine" when we arrived the morning of our trip to drop the dogs off they said they do not allow dogs with stitches.
