Our Bernese Mountain Dog loves to stay at Pet Paradise. He gets VIP treatment and a bath and brushing when he goes. He doesn't like to be away from us but is ok going there enjoying the one on one attention from his other family. When we arrive he knows where he is and just walks right in vs me having to drag him in. It's easy to leave our dog because we know he will be happy and comfortable. I can't recommend the enough

Finding the right place to board your dog is difficult, but pet paradise eases me anxiety. When I take my Frankie home he always is happy, content and worn out. It's so nice to be able to watch him on the cameras when I'm away to know he is doing well. He gets so excited when I drop him off which this is the place he loves going to. The staff are phenomenal, the manager helped me tremendously and I recommend pet paradise to everyone I know. Trusting vets with your pets can be hard, but I have had nothing but good experiences with the vets and vet techs at pet paradise. This morning I woke up to find Ruby swollen. I tried calling the office but they weren't open yet. I got there 10 till 9 and they were able to help right away even though I didn't have an appointment. They gave her some shots to help and sent me on my way. They made me feel important and cared for and made me feel like ruby was a priority. Clean and fun environment for dogs. My dog loves the large pool area. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I always have a great experience here! I've taken my dog, Storm, many times for both boarding and day camp. I book my reservations online and the online chat has made it super easy for me to modify reservations without having to call and be put on hold. You can also book reservations with their app now which is quick and easy. The front desk staff is helpful upon check-in and check-out and I've never had any issues.

I like this place. We came from Fort Lauderdale where there was a lot of boarding options that were good quality but the staff, and facility here were really great. I understand puppers get their pads worn down with all the play but really that's a common side effect to playful, happy dogs. Our little pup was very stimulated, had comfortable quarters, and although licked her paws at night on the cam, was still happy and well taken care of. What an outstanding resort! the outside looks lovely, and the inside is very clean and well-kept. You are instantly kindly greeted when you walk inside by every associate and they happily answered any questions and concerns.
