We will not patronize again. Poisonous Oleanders are planted around the front of dog kennel. Check-in staff, thorough, friendly, professional. Our last two occasions within a month our, at checkout our dog's feeding bowl was not returned to us. Both times I waited perhaps 15 min for them to find the bowl. 2nd boarding I forgot to label blanket and bowl.; my fault. Dropped off my dogs today to get groomed and what a fiasco!!! The one that got groomed, if you can call it that, is nowhere near what a professional dog groomer should do. The other did not even get touched all day. A total fiasco over the phone, at least they offered to try another groomer but not for at least a week!!! Overall, stay away from that place and in particular Melissa the groomer!!!

They are the most expensive daycare in the area and I assume it's because they have a big in-ground pool for the dogs. But they don't even tell you when the pool is closed and the dogs won't be able to use it that day. I tried to take my dog to daycare today and not until I get there do I find out the pool is not working. What a waste of our time, because the price is ridiculous if the pool is unavailable.

Pros: dogs were alive, fed, and in good spirits Cons: When checking out, they had no idea where my dogs were. Upon locating my dogs, they tried to give them to another couple and seemed genuinely surprised when they found out what dogs they were and who owned them. In addition to all of this, despite being charged for a bath for both and a brush out for one (to be done at 3 PM and 3:30 PM) neither appeared to have occurred (I picked them up at about 4:15). Absolutely abysmal company. Not only is there a lack of communication within the company itself, but with the customers. If you want to sit on hold for 30 minutes and then go straight to voicemail (and never get a call back) this is the place for you! Not only the communication issues, but employee issues as well. Every person I spoke to was unprofessional and had 0 idea what was going on. I took my two cats here, and granted it is there first time going somewhere like this, but my cats where treated horribly. I have been using Pet Paradise Ft Myers for about 12 months. I was talked into taking the pet wellness plan for vet/boarding/daycare. I was told that I could cancel at anytime If i seen that I wasn't using it enough. I decided to switch vets because of distance to get there and because when I wanted to take them to daycare we needed reservations and the only day I could take them was Saturdays and they were always full. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Management is God awful and Bri (presumably one of the main managers) was the most unprofessional hag I've had to deal with in my life.

if i could give 0 stars i would! they scheduled my dog for day care knowing she was missing her bordatella. i went to drop her off before work and they told me they couldnt take her. why schedule a f*cking appointment knowing she didnt have it and make me go there only to say no!?!?!? then they were sarcastic and by they i mean the manager and say "have a nice day!" after they made me be 1 hour late for work because i had to take my dog back home (i live at bonita) and drive back to fort myers!! causing my attendance at wor... read more

Dog came home injured. I'm showing them the same respect they showed us by not addressing it face to face. It was the first time we took our dog to them and the last. He'll get better, but this explains why nobody really wanted to talk at pick up.
