I have been to this location a few different times for my pitty mix. The Vet & veterinarian assistants are extremely helpful and kind. Everyone is welcoming and willing to assist you in the office. I would give 5 starts but making an appointment has always been a pain in the behind. Every time I make an apt I get a call from the office staff confirming the correct day but the wrong time. First time visit for pet boarding, but I'm giving 5 Stars because service and experience was the absolute best down to every detail that provides confirmation that my great experience is the standard here based on the quality of care and attention given our senior dog along with the cleanliness of the new facility and the dedication of the staff from our first visit to preview the facility and as seen on our drop-off day and pickup two days later. Amazing facility and very warm, welcoming, friendly staff. The groomers did a great job with our dog, and being able to watch him on the webcams was an added bonus!

I'll give a 3 star because my pet didn't actually stay there but this is the most underwhelming pet resort that I've ever engaged with. I guess it was the manager who had on a gray collared shirt that made eye contact with me and knew that I was trying to get my shots over to them and she just went to help the next person instead of getting me all checked in. I didn't feel welcomed at all and I'm glad it didn't work out for my pet to go to the get acquainted appointment today because we I'll never bring her back here.

I cannot say enough how wonderful this place is! We have a Toy Poodle that we boarded for a couple of days. I was a little nervous to board her because she hasn't been around many dogs before, but being able to watch her on the webcam was wonderful! She became socialized and seemed to love the interaction. There was always someone present during their playtimes who was very observant and caring with the dogs, and even cuddled with her a few times. Great staff and highly recommended!

Today was the second time I have used Pet Paradise Grooming Services for my two Bichon Frise. Check-in is easy with curb-side, and the dogs are able to drink and potty while there. Staff is friendly, professional, and take time to answer questions. I have also used their vet as I recently moved to Georgetown. I like the fact that all my needs for my dogs can be met at one place. I recommend this facility and glad I found it. They also give tours, to me this is a bonus! Thanks, Sherrie Woods

This place is hands down amazing! My dogs come here for daycare and boarding. I had to travel our of town during the snow storm needless to say I was freaked out. They took such good care of my boys, they had someone on site 24/7. They called me with updates. Super friendly staff with a passion for dogs . My dogs are in the best hands when they are at this place also they have a vet onsite too! Anywho, hands down the best doggy daycare!

Pet Paradise in Georgetown is a fairly new facility and is state of the art. We took them up on their offer during their open house in October of this year (yes during Covid-and they handled it beautifully). Nani-our English cream retriever, is seven years old now and so a full day of doggy Day care what we call a play day is just too much for her.
