I've never given a one star review but I was unable to resolve my issues with pet paradise after being patient and professional. I had purchased a monthly policy for my dog. I called in September to cancel and spoke with someone who said they would pass the notice to the vet hospital. I received a call back and was left a voice message confirming I wanted to cancel the subscription. Despite a lot of the reviews I found for this place online, I decided to try it out as our dog loved doggy daycare and we no longer live close to the one she used to always go to. They had a promotion in which the first day of daycare is free, with an evaluation to see how your dog does. I made a reservation for this coming Saturday. Never going back here again. We were lied about being charged after speaking with an associate. My dog wasn't given all her food. Too much of it returned. We were told our dog wasn't compatible yet she was still taken out with other dogs. She was on camera.

If you care about your pets safety do NOT take them there. They knowing put our dog in a unsafe pen even though they knew from prior experiences that he got injured before. We trusted they had this handled but they failed us. Never again and if you are taking your pet after reading this don't say you were not warned.

I have called & emailed & provided our phone numbers to the Pet Paradise Corporate Office months ago about our poor experience at the Georgetown location, and have yet to get any apology or even any response at all. I was hoping they would make it right somehow- yet bc they too have shown how unprofessional they are or how little they actually care for the feedback.....we have decided it is best to now make it public to warn other pet parents of how poor the boarding services are. I was in love with this place for about the first year and a half they were open. Recently, everything has changed. My small dog was always so happy to get to go and play with her friends but the last few times we have taken her, she is spending a good amount time in a kennel rather then actually playing. Thank goodness for the cameras so we have been able to see what was happening. When they first opened the dog played either in Tiny Town or outside all day. Our 2 dogs stayed here for a week while we were on vacation and when we got them back they had diarrhea, bloody stools, and kennel cough (it was the saddest worst sound like they couldn't catch their breathe). Obviously concerned, we called, no answer, left a message, no call back. We called again the next day and we were told they had surgeries all day and they would let us know if they could fit them in. We left our two dogs at Pet Paradise Georgetown for a 4-night stay, reserving separate kennels because our older dog can get irritable and take it out on the younger one. Near the end of the stay, we received a phone call saying one of the dogs had some stomach upset and also that the attendant had put them together in a single kennel thinking it would be "helpful." I just spoke with Jacob Watts and his attitude really needs some adjustment, He was very short and had a horrible self demeaner. I have never taken my dogs to a place for grooming and have the groomer tell me that she/he works on commission and he is able to just make up his own pricing. He said today would be $60.00 per dog but, next time it will be a higher price, that is very unprofessional and all this was being said in front of the manager.
