Beautiful facilities check in check out amazing. This is where my praise stops one star should be zero due to groomers skills which is why I brought my dog there. I was specific to the cut wanted. Instead my dog was cut down to the skin and few actual small lacerations. She won't even let me pet her due to her skin being to sensitive now. If you love your dogs either don't go here or ask a lot of questions and for them to detail how they will cut and how short they will go.

Avoid Pet Paradise in Georgetown for grooming! Took my Pomeranian in yesterday with groomer Julissa she cut Shady on her rectum down to the skin with the clippers You would think she would of stop there and ask for help but did not on her left ankle bold and has a cut, on the top of her back clip with the clippers down to her skin, on her front leg bold clip and her stomach another bold clip. I took my dog here the second day it opened. Checkin was a mess. No order and people giving me different answers. I schedule a tour for the same day and I literally was walked to the play yard area and back. Never saw where my dog would be sleeping or any other areas. My dogs toys that were dropped off with him were missing when I pick him back up. When I pick up my dog from the day camp he was shaking and scared. Pet Paradise did not reply to an email that I sent a week ago, so I will copy it here: We are incredibly disheartened to have discovered, despite a confirmed reservation for an indoor/outdoor suite, that our beloved Charlie was boarded for 4 nights in a small box in Tiny Town.
