My girls loved Pet Paradise , we were able to watch them on the WebCam which we found ourselves doing several times during the day ! they were playing ,making friends & splashing in the water... made their parents feel like we made the right choice bringing them here. We will definitely bring them for boarding when we go out of town & they will be regulars for day camp!. Sadie & Abbie came home happy and sleepy. This IS a pet paradise! I took my two dogs for opening day and they loved it. I love the fact that they have web cams with live feed in every playground. I also had a bath and nail trim for my poodle yesterday. Very satisfied and I will be using them in the future. The staff is very friendly and the facility is exceptional! J Salas

Took advantage of Wacky Camp days this month and dropped off my pup for the day. My dog is not very social yet so I brought him here to get him used to being around other dogs his size (small breed). I was watching on the camera feed from their website and could see that the staff treats the dogs as if they were their own. My dog got a few cuddles from the staff and I really appreciate that the staff went out of their way to make sure my dog felt comfortable and safe. Will be booking again soon.

What a great place for pets to have a day of fun or for boarding. We tried out Pet Paradise for doggy daycare. The early drop off worked well for my work schedule. It also meant that my dog got a long 12 hour day of fun! I loved being able to check-in on her via the webcams. All the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. We will definitely be returning.

I'm SO grateful to have found Pet Paradise! Today was my fur babies first time with day care here and I LOVE that I was able to watch her play all day long while working. To see how attentive and loving the staff was just melted my heart! There was always a staff member there with them playing and engaging 100%- not just sitting on their phones like I've experienced at other boarding facilities. I submitted all of my cat's medical records and signed up with my personal information before I was informed that there are no openings until April 3026. This was a waste of my time and their time.

I spoke to the manager at this location, Addison, who wasn't willing to give me a refund of $132 when my grand dog came home with feces, stuck in her feet and a subsequent infection in her paws. And she contracted kennel cough about 4 days AFTER her stay. I was told that corporate sent out an email alerting people that they had a confirmed case of kennel cough the week prior to our arrival. TL;DR - Groomer sliced my dog's dewclaw nearly all the way off with the clippers, and management didn't even apologize. To add insult to literal injury the grooming itself was completely awful. To start, we've taken our dogs to PP for several years now, and have normally had zero problems, but this incident is extremely egregious and needs to be addressed. Short staffed to begin with, my dog spent 80% of the day locked in kennel. When I called to ask why, the said they didn't have enough staff.
