Don't do it! Don't be fooled by the facility. They are understaffed. They took over 200 last weekend for the two step concert here in Georgetown. My dog was quarantined for said. After being forced to have their vet, check him out administering medication. After picking him up, I found bruising on his bottom and top of tail as well as scabs on his side. Last year, I boarded our dog here in the VIP suite for over a week. Three days before our return she got very sick. Eventually she was diagnosed with Clostridium Perfringens - a bacteria that causes extreme diarrhea in dogs and can be transferred to humans. I was thankful for the professionalism and kindness of the onsite veterinary clinic explaining everything and keeping me up to date, however... 1. Everyone I talked to called her "he". 2. Even though I asked, I received no feedback on how her overnight stay was (first time ever going here). 3. When I looked at the cameras I never saw her in a play yard so I really have no idea what she was doing or where she was throughout the day. 4. She came home smelling terribly of urine. I had to leave the windows open in the car and bathe her as soon as we got home.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all my dogs were there for 2 days and they come home and one of them has Kennel Cough. The first manger I spoke to was super sweet and helpful then the resort manager I spoke to was so rude. Acted like she didn't care about the fact that my dog is sick, was speaking over me and was repeating herself like I was a dumb kid that couldn't understand. One star is gracious, my friends. This place is run by a bunch of kids, I kid you not (no pun intended). If you want local high-schoolers managing a large "pet resort" (I use that term reluctantly), then have at it! If you love your dog and want a professional staff, you must look elsewhere. The reviews tell all; mine is just one of many who know that 1 star is really quite magnanimous...

This post is not meant to be malicious, I feel it is necessary to share what happened to my dog. I brought my dog in on a Friday afternoon and picked him at the time of opening on Sunday. I dropped off a very happy dog, I've never had any issues on any previous boarding or daycare here. When I picked him up, his paws were wet and his snout was wet and dirty. My dog has been to daycamp his whole life. He loves to be social and was never restricted to an hour a day. This was not was told to me over the phone. When I showed up, being the first time and nervous, the desk person was so rude and gave me an attitude that I started to cry. I suspect it depends, simply on the group that you use as to whether or not you believe you've received appropriate customer service. But what I have found after using them twice is that they have been consistently, nasty, arrogant, and lacking the basic skills, of an adult It is if they are all a dozen cupcakes, just circulating from the front desk out of the refrigerator and generally put out, but they have to do anything other than take your dog and put them in the kennel.
