I dropped my dog off Friday morning and pulled up the webcam throughout the day and noticed my dog was still in his small kennel ( Tiny town) while others where out playing. I finally had enough and called them that evening to ask why he wasn't let out. I setup my dog's evaluation day online and immediately emailed in the paperwork. No one called me until the day before his appointment, and stated they did not have the paperwork. I called back 5 minutes later, no one answered, and left a message with the date and time I emailed the paperwork, and that his name shows as Mickey with ABR, but I changed his name to George. I wish I could give negative stars!!!!! DO NOT board your dogs here, it cost our dogs safety. I booked my dogs separate suites and confirmed this two times before check in where they reassured me that they had two suites for them. Well.... They put them in the same suite and guess what I get a call that my dogs got into a fight while in " their" kennel. WTF I separate them for a reason, now I have two injured dogs. stay far far away from this place. The vet services will do and say anything in their power to try to get more money out of you. They attempted to sell more unnecessary services to my husband, and when I called to refused these said unneeded services, they got upset and said going forward they do not appreciate dealing with both spouses and will only be addressing one from now on. Terrible place. No one ever answers the phone. I went in person once last month and literally no one there to welcome me for a good ten minutes. My dog needed surgery that the doctor had mentioned might happen if the antibiotics didn't work and they didn't put it in their notes so it "never was said" and they're were going to charge me again for an exam. They referred me to another place just to not have to deal with my and my dane. Go somewhere else, it's not worth it.

I gave 1 star because there are no lower options, which I would give for the safety and wellness of your animal. I would not recommend. I had my boxer stay in the VIP Suite for two days (one night) and while she was there had her groomed with nail trim, ear cleaning and other. She can barely walk and I can see she is in a great deal of pain with raw marks on her paws and in between her toes. She's also favoring her feminine areas. The staff was friendly, but very young. Don't board your dog here! My dog got a respiratory infection here and he's fully vaccinated. I just learned from my vet that they just treated 5 other dogs that went to pet paradise that also caught a respiratory infection. Dirty dirty place. Beware!!!

HIGHLY DISCOURAGE GIVING THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS Scheduled my dog to be boarded last week for the first time. I brought all of his records as requested and upon arrival I was told he did not have his bordetella vaccine (evidently it doesn't come with all of the normal puppy shots, my fault for not checking). The girl at the front even called my local vet to double check his records which I thought was above and beyond. Beautiful facilities check in check out amazing. This is where my praise stops one star should be zero due to groomers skills which is why I brought my dog there. I was specific to the cut wanted. Instead my dog was cut down to the skin and few actual small lacerations. She won't even let me pet her due to her skin being to sensitive now. If you love your dogs either don't go here or ask a lot of questions and for them to detail how they will cut and how short they will go.
