I used to love Jessica's work on my poodle- mix...I took Bella this last time and she looked horrible! Her cut wasn't even and it did not look like Jessica's work! They clipped her ear and said that she had a skin tag under a mat that they had to cut out...I got home and looked at it and there was a chunk taken out of her ear, there was no way it was a skin tag because there wouldn't be a chunk missing like that. Just picked up my dog tonight (after a 3 night stay) and he has a wound on his nose and the third nail on his right paw was broken. He was so happy to see us and immediately squealed loudly, while running toward the door. I asked the front desk lady what happened to his nail, and she said he might have hurt his nail scratching the cage. I didn't ask about his nose because my dog was rushing out the door in a distress manner so we just left. Don't even know where to start! I thought this would be a good location since I was flying out at 6am and coming back at 11:30pm. WRONG! I arrived at 4am to drop of my dog, yes i had a "reservation". Not a person in sight. There was a car but after an hour of banging on the door and calling non-stop i realized I was going to miss my flight.
