I took my dog scarlett there today and I was impressed by how much the people there wanted to please me and my dog. When we came in they took treats and tried to lure from my side (she is shy). I had many accommodations that I had to tell them about and they followed them. Then I didn't make an appointment but I asked to have a tour and they did it right then and there. Finally a pet boarder I can trust! My girl LOVES it there. So far, so great and we've been using them for almost a year now...at least 10 times or so. After having some bad experiences with another boarder, PET PARADISE is the best. She has never come home injured, or sick and the facility is very clean. They take her out at least 4 times a day and they learn and know your pet's personality. The staff is the best here. My dog Buffy loves them. I take my miniature Schnauzer Mozart to get groomed here by Jessica. All I can say is that Jessica is the BEST GROOMER that Mozart and I have ever worked with! She is an expert at precise fur trimming and my dog has honestly never looked so good! He was so happy and perky when he left too, it's like he knew how handsome he looked! Sometimes when you go to a groomer you will see blunt lines in the dog's fur or other weird things, not here and not with Jessica! I love this place. The staff is always friendly and consistent. I like it that my dog looks forward to coming and that lets me know that he's not being mistreated. This facility is always clean and full of treats for humans and animals. I would recommend Pet Paradise to any animal lover

My job has ramped up to include a lot more time away from home and on the road; and it is always hard to find anyone I can trust to take care of my two dogs. I have tried every option available and used a number of dog boarders in Houston over the last three years. Pet Paradise (formerly Airport Pet Parks) has always been GREAT! and my two return home with me after a trip in excellent shape, happy, and well cared for. Foxy my Pomeranian came back spoiled rotten. If he could speak he would give it 10 stars. First of all this doggy hotel/ resort(no doggy jail)is open 24/7 365 days a year. It's about 7 minutes from the airport. They always have people working there so if you need to go off hours just call during regular operating hours and make appt. and they'll be up front for drop offs or pickups without add'l charge any hour. The location has a beautiful playground that they make sure to let your dog play the first visit , when they take pictures. However after the first visit , be aware that your dog will be in a cage. They never tell you this , i went to pick up my dog 2 times and she was so stressed and run outside to pee, so the 3rd time i asked the front desk lady to show me where my dog was and only then I discovered they have them in cages. This is the second time our two pups stayed there. We thought the first time went well when we saw no signs of stress when we picked them up. This time, they could not get out of there fast enough! We noticed a lot of stress and anxiety from both. There was also some type of incident with a collar and tag. I requested that the manager call me. The call was full of nothing but excuses.

I just called this place to get information on boarding my dog. Whoever they have answering the phone is terrible it was like pulling teeth to get information. I had to ask every single question.. this is my first time trying to board my dog I don't know all the things to ask so when I call and ask for information You would think they will tell me everything they have to offer and what my dog will be doing.
