I've boarded my 9 year old Golden Retriever Andy 3 times the past year. I chose this specific location because it seem to be quitter / calmer than the JFK location. All 3 stays, Andy really enjoyed it! He's made new friends and enjoyed his suite with outdoor access (I was able to see him through the online doggy cam)! Our two girls, Annie and Charlotte, cannot wait to stay at Pet Paradise each time. The facilities and staff never disappoint which is why we have been patrons for many years. Even the girls cannot wait to see their friends. We never doubt the care they will receive so much that we are willing to drive two hours for that peace of mind. The groomer--Nicole--did an excellent job with my very large dogs. The prices were fair, and the people seemed to really like dogs. I would recommend!

Expensive BUT well worth the cost for a worry-free experience. The facilities are very nice and clean, various accommodations to meet your pets' needs, and a superb staff who seem to truly care about the animals. Convenient to the airport, with flexible hours. I'd highly recommend, and I'm sure we'll return in the future.

If you want your pets treated like family, bring them here for a barkin' good time. We've brought our girls here numerous times since moving to the area, and since the first visit have never considered allowing anyone else to watch over them when we can't have them with us. The staff, ALL of the staff, are wonderful. We will bring Sammie and Willow back again (and again)! You can't go wrong with Pet Paradise on Will Clayton!!

This place was recommended by a neighbor and we are so glad we brought our dogs here. The grooming is excellent, the dogs seem well cared for and happy when we get them back, and the people seem really nice and friendly. There is even a bone-shaped pool. Kinda funny but I have seen the animals playing in it so it's definitely used. What more can you ask for? Our dogs don't have any special needs or hangups and are generally happy so this place works for us and them.

As a fairly new dog owner of a 10 week old rescue dog (going on a year now), I wasn't sure how boarding or day camp worked. I wasn't able to board Witten until he had all of his shots up to date. I think this is great they check and verify. They maintain the records very well. If you are past due on shots, they will not board your dog even if they have been there many times before. I left my dog for a week and a half while on vacation. Is is a great convenience to drop him off on the way to my flight and then only a minute to the car shuttle. I thought he would get an indoor/outdoor room but it turns out some of the standard rooms are indoor only. I also like the availability of the three web cameras showing the play areas. We were able to spot our guy several times but he was supposed to have 4 hours of playtime a day and that did not seem to be reflected in our spottings. In the last few days, the b... read more

We've been leaving our Rottweiler since she was 8 weeks old. She's almost six years now. She's always happy to go there for day camp. We are aware that play time is not all day. However, what she gets is good for her and provides a wonderful way of socialization. I visited several places before we selected Pet Paradise. One place was just one big tent with a division for small and large dogs. All they did was run around unsupervised.
