Pet lovers need to know one HUGE detail! If, for any reason, you need to get your pet after hours you will not be able to! They "will not even answer the phone" if you call the emergency number that is posted on their own door after hours--their words directly to me. This is a detail of Pet Paradise's policy that is not obvious but is a big deal-breaker. I'm not even confident that any human is there during the night. This place is the worst! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Left our 8 month pup there for 6 days only come back to him full of urine!! His coat had turned yellow and sticky from so much urine!! We had to take him trait to get groomed!! The smell was unbearable!! We felt so bad for our pup!! They apparently tried to mal the urine smell with a scented spray, but that only made it worse! Never again will I use this place! First and definitely last time!

I prefer giving a minus star. They say four hours playing outsides with other dogs daily and pool. The pool was closed on the day we boarded our dog because of rain. But during weekend and the five sunny weekday, they did not get the pool ready. We want our dog to get a chance to play in the pool, this is one reason We chooses this place. The other reason is they say our dog can play with other dogs each day with staff observing. They failed both services. We paid $42 a day for a in-out kennel. We chose this location because it included the pool, four hours of play, and it seemed like they put dogs first. When we went for our tour, if one can call it that, we were allowed to peek around the corner to where he would be housed and that was it. I felt like they didn't want me to see the facility, to see the condition of the dogs or why it smelled of urine. This is our second time boarding @ this location. I am very disappointed with this boarding facility. Both times my dogs have came home with the wrong collars/leashes on! My doxie mix has a harness because she has a collapsing trachea and she had one of my other dogs collars on so she was gasping when they brought her out =( Also all of my dogs always come home and they drink bowls and bowls of water. I am definitely NOT happy with my choice to leave my dogs here. I left my two dogs here for 4 days while I was out of town. When I went to put my Jack Russell in the car I noticed he was covered in diarrhea. We took him back inside and they wiped off his paws and sent us on our way. After E-mailing corporate, we got a phone call saying "Accidents happen. He got excited when I came time to leave and he stepped in his feces." Let me preface my review. I'm probably an overly attached,spoil your dog kind of pet owner. I have 2 male dogs, an 8 mo Weimaraner and a beagle mix that is probably a little over 1 year old (he was a stray that followed us home on a walk so we're not sure exactly). My wife and I walk our dogs 2 times a day for 30 minutes each and we visit the dog park every Saturday for a little over an hour. I take my two Miniatrue Schnauzer's here for boarding. We have kept them there numerous times --- too many times to remember. This time that we picked them up they still had dogfood remaining in their plastic bag with a provided coffee cup. We were only going to be leaving them there for two nights and picking them up on the third day. I measured EXACTLY four cups of dog food for them. They should have had NO dogfood left in the bag. I used to love Jessica's work on my poodle- mix...I took Bella this last time and she looked horrible! Her cut wasn't even and it did not look like Jessica's work! They clipped her ear and said that she had a skin tag under a mat that they had to cut out...I got home and looked at it and there was a chunk taken out of her ear, there was no way it was a skin tag because there wouldn't be a chunk missing like that.
