Our 5 dogs (with various health and dietary needs had to stay for 5 days while out last Harvey renovations got completed. After visiting a few places, we knew this was the place for our dogs to feel safe and be loved! It does not smell or feel like a dog kennel, which is a major concern for us as our dogs are "pound" dogs. We don't want them to think we are leaving them and never coming back!!! My wife Pamela and I have boarded our dogs here for the last 5-6 years. The first couple of times we took them, they were scared with it not being familiar place to them. Now they all love going. They are excited when they get out of the car. We know the staff takes great care of them and that is the reason we always come back. The live cams are a cool amenity (you just have to get the app.) It is a nice feeling going out of town and knowing the other part of your family is taken care of.

We regularly board our dog at this paradise and have been pleased with her stay. Plenty of activities for the dogs, clean facility, friendly staff and very convenient location near airport. Wish they had webcams so we could check-in, but our dog seems comfortable with staying here.

Very impressed with her first stay, staff are very friendly, genuinely interested and caring for our dog. She came home calm but exhausted, thinking it must have been a busy social time but she wouldn't give anything away. Very reassuring to know that she is in good hands while we are away.

Staff are very sweet to your pet. My pup gets nervous to be taken by strangers but they gently and slowly calm her to gain her trust.

We have boarded our dog for a year now numerous times. While it is expensive, he has a blast in the pool and he always enjoys his experience. He loves the pool! They are also great about early morning and late night drop offs, which is awesome with late night flights. You can tell the people that work there love dogs and it's a worry free experience with him staying there.

I've boarded my 9 year old Golden Retriever Andy 3 times the past year. I chose this specific location because it seem to be quitter / calmer than the JFK location. All 3 stays, Andy really enjoyed it! He's made new friends and enjoyed his suite with outdoor access (I was able to see him through the online doggy cam)! The staffs were extremely friendly and professional. They were able to administer oral and topical medicines. Our two girls, Annie and Charlotte, cannot wait to stay at Pet Paradise each time. The facilities and staff never disappoint which is why we have been patrons for many years. Even the girls cannot wait to see their friends. We never doubt the care they will receive so much that we are willing to drive two hours for that peace of mind.
