KENNEL COUGH undisclosed at pick up! We had a very unfortunate experience at Pet Paradise. Our dog was boarded for a 2 night stay. At pick up our dog had a labored cough that got worse as the night went on. We had to go in for treatment at our vet to confirm kennel cough was the diagnosis. Our dog does not have contact with other dogs because she is a rescue and needs further rehabilitation to play freely with other pets. Colson You are mistaken.....no one from pet paradise has tried to reach us.....please don't make it like you are trying to resolve anything....horrible customer service!!!!

We had used Meadows for years and I was completely disappointed in Pet Paradise. My dog had feces all on her bottom at pick up and that was after a supposed bath. Loud horns are used on a regular basis and can't be good for dogs ears. Front desk unorganized and we waited for 15-20 min to get our dog at pick up as she couldn't reach anyone on radio. How sad that Meadows Bed and Biscuit was bought by Pet Paradise, especially the one located in Charlotte. We took our golden here atleast once a week and boarded him here KNOWING he was getting the best care. He absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to get in the door. Now that it is "Pet Paradise of Lake Norman" we will be taking our business elsewhere. Our dog had an AWFUL experience at the Pet Paradise in Charlotte and wouldn't dare take the chance to bring my dog back and see if I pick him up bloody again.
