We were referred by friends who frequently board their dogs here. I came a week before our first reservation to do a tour. I stopped in without prior notice and was impressed by how the clean facilities were and hospitality of the staff. We've left our pups in their care three times and they seem to enjoy their stay at Pet Paradise, which takes the stress out of going away. I would definitely recommend!

Our pups are regulars at doggie daycare during the week and also board there when we travel. They are well taken care of by the staff and clearly enjoy their time at "camp." They come home happy and exhausted, which is exactly what we hope for. It really helps them to be more calm at home and more amenable to training, because they get plenty of fresh air and exercise while we are at work. I can also recommend the grooming at this facility. Pet Paradise is a great place to take your dog for day care or boarding! Their facility is clean and the staff friendly. Our dog, Keely, LOVES going there. We also like the fact that we can watch her playing on the Oh Doggy app that is connected to Pet Paradise. Debbie Williams

Took my dog Paco there this week for an evaluation of how he would behave with the facility and with the other dogs. Him and I both loved the experience! Staff was knowledgeable about their grounds and services and made me feel at ease of leaving my pup with them. When I picked Paco up he seemed sad to have to leave his new friends when usually he would be so happy to see me! Dropping him off again today, but for the week while I travel for the holiday. More great reviews to come I'm certain.

My pup loves pet paradise! The staff is attentive and caring, I never have to worry about leaving Gidget( my chi terrier mix). I love that she gets to interact with other doggies and has plenty of play time. I highly recommend!!

We love Pet Paradise! The staff is fantastic and so caring when it comes to taking care of Ginger (our golden doodle) while we're away. We can rest easy knowing that she's having fun swimming and playing with her friends. When she comes home she's pooped from all the playing she's done :)

I love Pet Paradise of Lake Norman! I have used them on three different occasions and I am extremely happy with their service. Every single employee I have interacted with was professional and you can tell they really care for the animals! I highly recommend Pet Paradise of Lake Norman

My wife and I have relied on Pet Paradise for years whenever we need high quality care for our Lab. She has so much fun with her pals and really loves the pool. Dustin does a great job managing the staff and they are always courteous and helpful. We definitely recommend them!

Oh my gosh, no place I'd rather leave my two beloved canine companion than in the care of Dustin and his experienced/loving team of professionals. My two children always come home tired and happy when they spend a day at camp or overnight when we are on vacation. I never worry that my pups will not be loved and cared for properly when they are under their "watch."
