Warning! Do not accept Robin to groom your dog! She did a terrible job on my dog. I paid $75 literally for just a bath. What's bothers me the most is how they handle an unhappy customer. You are in service industry and know nothing about the customer service basics, Robin easily told me that it's your fault! Customer service 101: customer is always right!!! Took our family pets here for a week of boarding. They didn't feed our 4lb dog for an entire day. Both dogs missed 3 meals (and snacks) for their entire stay. Total of 6 meals missed. They stayed 1 week!!! We get they don't get snacks because they're is not a lot of time but to not feed a small dog for THE WHOLE DAY???????? absolute trash of a place that does not care about your pet. Update to previous 1 star rating. So I get this automated response that now they want to "work with me" in resolving my complaints but they wouldn't even try before. This place is a sham and their fake "we care about your experience" responses are just computer automated. If you live in or near the Huntersville area there are multiple places around that are not only better but less expensive. They're family owned and they actually value a customer's experience.

I've been going to pet paradise every month for the past year for my puppy's grooming. The past two experiences have traumatized my dog. I picked him up this past Thursday and he has been acting very skittish and anxious. He has lost his voice and is hiding under the couch and in other rooms. He is usually a very cuddly and loving pup. I can only deduce that he was crying or barking the entire grooming session. Stay away from this place. Read their recent Google reviews. My 2 dogs are so sick from their recent stay here. Other dogs have gotten sick here too. My vet bills as of today are over $500. It will probably end up being more because they're getting worse. I tried contacting this place twice with no response.

This location (Lake Norman) is consistently overbooked and understaffed. We took our boy there for half day of doggie day care four times in the last month. The reason for these appointments were to help in his socialization skills and of course to play! The first 2 visits he was taken out to the play yard and had a blast with all the other pups. We have used pet paradise before to board our dogs. We dropped them off for a week. We have three dogs that have been strongly bonded. Two of our dogs needed to be boarded together which spoken about when we drop them off. They did not put our dogs together which caused them extreme stress. This place sucks! I filled out all the paperwork ahead of time and arrived at 7am on a workday ready to drop off my pup. They then tell me that since he is 6 months old he would be sitting in a room by himself all day with "up to four" 15 minute walks and recommended I take him home. Horrible communication and waste of time.

I had a 10:00 am appointment for my 2 dogs to be groomed. I arrived on time. I stopped back in around 1:00 PM to see if they were done. The girl behind the counter told me it would be another 2 hours, cause it usually takes 5 hours to groom. Wow I have had my dogs groomed, before moving here, and it NEVER took that long. I stopped back at 3:30, which was 5 1/2 hours since I dropped them off and they were finally finished.
