The staff here are unprofessional and unreliable. I had a confirmed grooming appointment for my dog at 8 am on a Saturday, and when I arrived the doors were locked. I noticed the door sticker saying that the lobby doesn't open until 9 am on Saturdays, so I call the number to contact an associate to let them know I was here for my dog's grooming appointment, but nobody answered the phone. Our dog went there at 73lbs, healthy and happy. We picked him up FOUR days later and he was 64lbs from being so sick while he was there. We find out there was a virus going around (kennel cough) and our dog is DEATHLY ill because of it. 105 fever!!! Almost all of the dog food we sent with him was sent back with him, they just put it all into one bag to make it look like it wasn't all the food. Extremely limited playtime for dogs due to Covid! Ask lots of questions because the dogs are definitely not getting the service from before Covid. None of these new policies are communicated to the customer. I checked the cameras multiple times and there were NO dogs outside. I expect this right after lunch but not throughout the day. My dog spent most of her day in a crate - she could have done that for free at our house without the stress for us both. Yesterday, I was bringing my dog in for the first time and he is 7 months old and never been around other dogs hence why I was bringing him. Upon arrival the front desk was chaos. I completed everything online prior to avoid to much interaction. (Covid) I learned that all my information was attached to the wrong location and the worker deleted it and needed all my information over. This seem to bother her. Pet Paradise? The name sounds good but please beware. I had my senior dog here just for 3 nights (thank God it wasn't any longer) and she is not doing well. She normally wears a diaper ONLY because she leaks but still needs to be let out. This place apparently left the diaper on and never let her out. She has a major diaper rash and also has the runs. Very disappointed in the lack of communication this place has with the dog's owners! Even when we pay for the daily communication. My dog did not eat for two days and I find out the afternoon on the second day only after I specifically asked via email after the first day. No mention of that in the email sent at the end of the first day. They separated him from the other dogs without letting us know first. He is a year old pup that happens not to be fixed. I will never leave my pup there again!

ok, I am so torn about this place. I like the place and they seem to be clean and the dogs seem happy to be ropped off but they seem to nickel and dime you to death. My husband dropped off our dog for a 5d ay visit and they asked him if the dog wanted to have extra play time. My husband says sure since they did not tell him they charge extra or that. My dog was there for just a few days and when I picked him up he had a small place by his eye where the coat was missing and he had blisters on his lips around his canine teeth. l asked what had happened and their response was that they 'checked the tapes' and didn't see anything. They said their employee did not report anything happening to my dog, therefore nothing happened. KENNEL COUGH undisclosed at pick up! We had a very unfortunate experience at Pet Paradise. Our dog was boarded for a 2 night stay. At pick up our dog had a labored cough that got worse as the night went on. We had to go in for treatment at our vet to confirm kennel cough was the diagnosis. Our dog does not have contact with other dogs because she is a rescue and needs further rehabilitation to play freely with other pets.
