Our chocolate lab, Buddy, has been going to Pet Paradise Lake Norman for almost a year now, and we are very pleased with this facility. He is still very much a pup (almost 2 yrs. old now), so we appreciate the employees' patience with Buddy when he comes in for doggie daycare like a wild child! :) We have also boarded Buddy on several occasions, and he always comes home healthy, happy and tired! We are confident that he is being well cared for and loved.

I was also a little worried when I found out that The Meadows had been sold to Pet Paradise. However, most of the staff remained the same and now I can say that the service has also remained at the 5-star level. My 3 dogs love going there and I an assured that they will be well taken care of. One of my dogs is very skittish around people, especially men, but he is so happy when he sees the staff here. I was worried when The Meadows Bed and Bisquit sold their business to Pet Paradise as we were extremely happy with the Meadows. But, as we were assured by the owners, they researched before selling and choosing Pet Paradise. We take both of our pets - Riley and Milo - for boarding and have been quite pleased. They actually spend a bit more time with the dogs outside and let them play with toys along with the other dogs. Milo is pretty mellow and happy to go with the flow. Everything with the dog went well. I had several dogs in Greenville and Lake Norman for Vet service, grooming and overnight stays. The problem with you is the internet, You don't remove the Greenville location no matter how many times I have asked. It's such a waist of time getting to the place to say yes to grooming etc. only it find I am in Greenville web instead of Lake Norman and I have to start all over again. I finally talked to someone this morning and they are now supposedly taking down the dogs that passed away.... read more

Unsafe conditions! Our dog got her "paw stuck" in the kennel door and broke her leg! Don't let this happen to your pet!

My 18 month old dog was boarded for less than 48 hours and has kennel cough. I've had to put her on antibiotics and steroids. I contacted them to let them know and the girl her answered was unconcerned and was going to have the manager contact me. A week later and still no response. I had paid for extra outdoor time and I only saw my dog on the webcam once in the morning and once in the evening. The manager had credited me for the extra time. I would give zero stars if I could. Today was my dogs first day at day camp. Looked for her on the camera all day. Didn't see her. Called 12 times with no answer. Went to pick her up and asked to see that she actually went outside. She was there from 730-4 and they could only show me she was outside for about 30 min. If she was going to sit in a crate all day she may as well be at home in her own crate! Major waste of money!!

if you care for your animals, care for their health? Never come to this place. Rude, disorganized and absolutely disgusting behavior towards customers not to mention I have first hand knowledge of staff stating the extras are a waste of money they sell as wonderful options. I would give the company a negative Star review if we're able.
