Absolutely the worst grooming experience ever. I booked through the app, got a confirmation, showed up, and was told the groomer "doesn't work Sundays." They rescheduled me with a discount, but when I came back, it wasn't even a full grooming--just head and paws. To make it worse, the person wasn't even a real groomer, just "in training," and no professional groomer was available. I have taken my Golden Doodle, Chase, to Pet Paradise Las Colinas, all his life. He's 4! He had to have his right leg amputated, due to a failed hip replacement. Their groomer, Menico, did a fantastic job grooming him for us, every 3 weeks, even as a Tripod! When Menico retired, I took him to their new groomer, Sam, which was a huge mistake! I would NOT drop my dogs at Pet Paradise in Las Colinas. I arrived to pick up my two puppies, as scheduled at 0700, on Friday, June 27th. The staff had been locked outside since 0530 and was standing there like idiots - only one young woman out of SIX seemed concerned that the dogs were locked inside alone. They reported they had called their manager repeatedly and knocked on her door - no response. ***BEWARE! **** Don't used this business. My dog caught a horrible infection on his back foot from this business. He also had an open wound on his face when we picked him up. He also had diarrhea for a few days when he came home. What a nightmare!!!! My vet bill was nearly $500. My boarding bill was $300.

It's TRUE! They keep your fur babies locked in a cage with no play. This is unacceptable. I requested a same day reservation as Diego wanted to play and burn some energy. THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST. Get their at 945am, wasnt greeted! It was a stare down contest until she said dropping off. Customer service is truly extinct. I made it my business to watch the cameras today and guess what? Picked up my doggie recently from them and he had pee all over his belly and smells horribly after they supposedly gave him a bath. Took him back to get more information on what happened but told by the staff that it can't be their fault and claimed my dog must did him that to himself and they won't do anything about it. But my dog is such a clean freak he would never do that. Quite horrible experience and make us wonder if they really care for the furry friends or only their profits.

I am so sad to be writing this review, my pup has loved pet paradise for almost two years now but lately things have gone down hill. Pick up and drop off take 30-40minutes and I even had one girl walk back out and say they couldn't find my dog just to have to call another employee to frantically look in all of the kennels. I have had food come back that was portioned per day that should've been given and day report that were never written. For how much Pet Paradise charges, I was unfortunately very disappointed with the service we received. During my trip, I checked on my dog via the web cam service consistently, and he got maybe 15 minutes of play time twice a day, which is far less than what Pet Paradise promises. This upset me but I decided not to complain because I figured they were busy. We took Rocket here for almost a year before we were told we weren't allowed back after being 8 minutes late to pick him up on a Sunday. When my husband Josh dropped Rocket off that morning, the manager Roger told Josh they were overbooked (had 150 dogs there that day) and that they couldn't guarantee Rocket any time outside.
