I had made an appointment on Jan. 13 for a grooming appointment for my 9 month old labradoodle for Jan. 26, 8:00. I just got a call saying they couldn't fit my puppy in as they had overbooked but they could fit him in Feb. 14, three weeks from now. Who does business like this? I was hours away from my appointment. It must be nice to treat people in this manner. This place was recommended by a friend but I don't think they even need my business.

Just left 3 dogs at Pet Paradise and had an extremely bad experience. Our Schnoodle is in surgery right now having Struvite stones removed, the ear wash for our French Bulldog was never used as I bought brand new bottle and the seal was still on, never used. The manager called and had an excuse for every thing that was wrong. The floor is reddish brown so bloody urine is hard to see, took the temperature and was normal so the dog is fine, observation is once an hour but the vomiting and not eating for 4 days was just an ... read more

This place is bad. They stick your dog in a cage more than half the time. They take on too many dogs too. Looks clean but they neglect your dog.

Attended a 'puppy social'. Made reservations through Eventbrite, but this didn't come trough. We reported this to eventbrite. For attending to the puppy social, the pup must be FIXED!!!!???? What vet would allow this to a 5 moth old pup. Don't bother to go to this event, it's just another advertisement to get more customers. Your pup won't be allowed to be with other dogs, so it doesn't make any sense! AND this company is for Americans only. Stay away if you are from Canada or elsewhere.

I had brought my dogs to pet Paradise since they opened, but I recently had to stop since one of my dogs was attacked (unprovoked). The old management did their best to work with my now scared dog, but out of no where management changed and they isolated my dog out of no where for being aggressive. My 9month old Havanese came home terrified. She always has done well at other boarders. Won't go there again.

Management is extremely rude a d nasty to deal with. A middle aged female copped an ugly attitude when I cancelled a reservation days in advance, then said they were overbooked. I said if they were overbooked, why was she being so nasty, as my cancellation was allowing room for someone else. Upon dropping off your dogs, they do not acknowledge or even say hello to your pet. Unfortunately we had another bad experience at Pet Paradise. Last time we left our dog she came home sick for over three weeks. Multiple visits to the vet and multiple rounds of medication. We thought it was a fluke, but today when we arrived to pick up our dogs they did not have them ready and could not explain what was going on. The staff changed their story several times about what was going on. I would never recommend this boarding facility to anyone who loves their pet! I left mine this week and was extremely unhappy with the way my dog was kept and the way the assistant manager did not address my concerns. I will be calling corporate on Monday!
