Overpriced. When it was Wigglebutt Inn the daycare was included with overnight boarding. Now Pet Paradise charges an extra $20 per day per dog. If you don't pay for it your dogs are potentially locked up for 20 hours out of the day. This is what happens when national chains by a small family owned business. They price gouge.

My bichon is 14 years old and I've had him since he was 8 weeks, so you can imagine how many times he's been groomed over the years. I have never had a worst experience with a groomer than when I brought him here. The cut was all uneven, the top of his head, his face was cut like a poodle, she didn't do his tail at all because she said it had matts.
