this is the worst experience ever. our dog stayed one night in the small square on the concrete floor. the place smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. no webcams. when we picked our dog up the next morning she was wet and developed a rash with pustules. she even had them on her nose. the vet bill was over $450. she had marks on her head. sad. i would never leave an animal there again. it had all the signs of dirty, smelly and unsanitary. it deserves less than a 1 star.

If I could give a negative star I would! Worst run organization I have e, ver experienced. If you care about your dog and want consistent treatment, go elsewhere to get your dog groomed, DO NOT GO TO PET PARADISE IN NAPLES. Despite being next to impossible to get a grooming appointment in Naples during season resist the urge to go to Pet Paradise. They raised their rates again and without notice. They have had a lot of turnover in staff. However this is getting better but, they are the most expensive in Naples.

Our dogs and all their belongings came back wet and REEKING of dog pee. My wife and I normally take our dogs to the pet paradise in Fort Myers, and only booked here because the one in Ft Myers was full. This has never happened at the other location. Our dogs will absolutely never go to this location again. At least the girl at the front desk was nice

Beware. I have been a customer for 4+ years, but last month when my dog stayed for 5 days, I didn't find out until I returned to pick him up that they failed to give him the dog bed they told me to buy so he could use in his stall, but even more concerning is they FAILED to ever give him the medication at all during his stay that they were given with instructions at drop off. Based on their advertisement of how you can view your pet on camera at anytime is false..you cannot view them at anytime because they only give your pet a 10 ( or if your lucky) 15 mins of play time..and if u have an unneutered dog is less. There is schedule time that your can view your unneutered dog..you literally have to wait and view the cameras until they take out 20 other single unneautered one by one. What do I like most?? NOTHING!!! The lobby is dark and dreary, and the amount of dog's barking made me wonder about their care!! Also, please look at the video of the "small" dog area that has big dog's too, and how it is very overcrowded, the big dog area was also very overcrowded!! So here's my story. I've been taking my Wheaton there for about three years. They were great in the beginning but for the last two years I have made appts and when I go the appt was not put on the schedule and I could not be seen fir another few weeks today was the fifth time this has happened, and my daughter twice, so that's it. Stay away if u like things to b done when u schedule it. So disappointed
