I am stunned at some of these reviews. We love the dog resort. We have just moved to the area and our dog loves it here. They couldn't be nicer. I was surprised that they new my dogs name the second time we took him. I have nothing but good to say and we will be taking Pirate there on a regular basis. He loves it!

I see some of these uber negative reviews and as the mom of a little guy who has spent 3-4 days a week at this facility for the past year and a half, I scratch my head. Yes, sometimes you get someone young and new at the desk who may not have it as efficiently as one would expect or take too long to check out a dog at the end of the day; I get frustrated too when I'm tired after a long day and just want to go home. My dog Bailey loves to come to Pet Paradise to play with all friends.From the time I walk in she pulls on her chain to get in the door. All the workers are very caring & loveable. They treat each dog with a big smile. If you are looking for a home away from Home chEck out this place.

Have been using their daycare services for about a week now and am thrilled with them! I was SO anxious to leave him at a daycare as he is like our child but I could not be more happy with this place. Our puppy can't wait to go here and always returns exhausted! They show us pictures of him throughout the day when we come to pick him up and are great at communicating when they need something or when we call to check in. I visited the locale and I was very impressed. The staff I dealt with was very knowledgable and professional. The staff was able to address all my concerns, being that this wld be my pet childs first boarding experience, Ihad a lot of Q's. The staff even answered questions that I didnt think of asking. Our two Goldens LOVE Pet Paradise where they are boarded when we travel. Joy and the staff offer excellent customer service on the phone and in person. My husband and I are impressed by how the staff "appropriately" place the dogs together based on size, energy levels, etc. The facility both inside and out is extremely clean. I love the web cam and ability to check on our girls and see what they are doing while away. We have trusted Pet Paradise to watch our family dog whenever we go out of town on several occasions. Our dog loves it so much there that when we pull in the parking lot he starts wagging his tail and cant get out of the car fast enough. We always call the facility to check on our dog when away and they have always been available to speak with. Clean facility with lots of play time so they animals get lots of exercise. I would recommend this facility to others. Great place!

What a great experience taking Beauxdy and Chance (2 Great Danes) for the first time to board over night! The staff is very friendly and obviously love the pets they care for. The kennels are clean and bright. I will definitely recommend Pet Paradise and will be using them again.

Pet Paradise is perfect for our 10 year old Akita, Nikko. Since relocating to Naples from NC, we have only used PP. They are pleasant and really pays attention to detail. The facility is clean and conveniently located. Nikko loves it there. We love it!
