"Peace of Mind" are the words I use to describe Pet Paradise. When I go on vacation I know "Cookie" will be well taken care of. The facilities are extremely clean. I took a tour; front desk lobby area décor reminded me of a Vegas Hotel, very attractive. In the back where they board the dogs the cubicles provided adequate space for sleeping, and stay time before and after scheduled play time, etc. Had plenty of light, along with something that was missing, NO SMELLS! We have left both our dogs here either 3 or 4 times so far. The longest was 5 days. One of our dogs is easily scared and we love how the staff is always very calm and extremely accommodating towards him. It's adorable how they have the option to offer them ice cream during their stay. Obviously we always chose that option to make our boys feel at home :) They are also able to accommodate them both in the same room and in a more quiet are so they can get their well deserved sleep. Our cocker spaniel is the best judge and she loves Pet Paradise. She likes her play time with her furry friends and staff. She's been going since she was a pup and now she's 7.5. She goes for daycare and several times a year we board her for our vacations for up to 28 days. They take very good care of her!

Recently, we decided to send our Siberian Husky, Nola, to daycare at Pet Paradise while I recovered from surgery. Nola loved it. When my husband dropped her off in the morning, after her first 2 visits, she surprised him as she ran inside delighted to be there. It was as if she had discovered a second home! This has continued with each visit. She enjoys her days so much that we have decided to continue her part time enrollment after my recovery. Thank you Pet Paradise! We don't like to leave our dog with just anyone. He is a blind 12 year old Yorkie, is a little needy and keeps to himself. After 1 night at pet paradise I know we will be back. The place is clean and inviting and the front desk staff friendly and caring. Toby will be back. Thank you

Took my two dogs. Louie the Aussie. And Sophia King Charles cavalier. For 4 day holiday stay. When I first inspected the place all I could smell was disinfectant and cleanly surroundings. This place is top notch with all professional help. You can immediately see their love and passion is for animals. We checked in variously and could see them having nothing but a good time over the internet. My advise is to call early they get booked really quick.

My 9-month old Westie stayed there for three days over Christmas. The place was clean, the staff pleasant and kind to the dogs. There was ample opportunity for active play periods. They sent an email and pictures updating me on her progress. My only disappointment was that the live feed for play areas was not working. Obviously, it was not possible to fix over the holiday. Assuming they will work next time, I would be happy to use them again.

Our Pup stayed 4 nights, he never had been boarded before, nor played with many pups, he was nervous at first and I believe it. I got an update email later that day with Remi at play and I so appreciated it. I got the FURever connected thing and for $5 a day for me it was so worth it. Next day I saw he was just having fun. We picked him up and he was so happy and the staff was so friendly. I could tell he was having a great time. If we lived on west coast, we would go there with him for daycare. When we adopted our 7 year old Golden doodle, Achilles on June 22, 2015 we had a few challenges. We moved from New York to Naples Florida and were new in town and I had never had a dog; only cats.
