Zero stars if I could. I dropped my very sweet one year old puppy off for a meet & greet today, was told he would meet a dog to check his behavior & then he'd be allowed to do open play. The timeframe was 4 hours. I dropped him at 9am, called at 11:30 bc I did not see him on camera, I called. I was given the excuse that they were short staffed & then told he'd be out at 12:30. My dogs very first stay here and he was diagnosed with kennel cough, he also brought it home to my little dog who was not boarded and she too was diagnosed with kennel cough. The vet bill was over $300.00 to diagnose and treat both of my dogs. My sister who also boarded her dog the same weekend was diagnosed with kennel cough from this place and he wasn't even allowed to play because he wasn't fixed. Charge by weight not breed or more importantly the work it requires. My dog doesn't require hair trimming, as short hair staff , charge additional for glands and ears ! Yikes , are they trying to make up for pandemic losses?!! Friendly staff

I've been going there since they opened and I just got booted as a client because I complained and they didn't like the fact I was calling them out on their crap service. Robin, their newest and by far WORST Groomer, has failed to finish the job on my chihuahua mix the last 2 times and I had to go to my vet to have his nails trimmed. They mistook me for a new client, claim they were never rude and blamed the old groomer for poor notes when he, in fact, got the job done every time. Take your dog elsewhere. Lynn is awesome! Do the training day camp if you go! However, staff seems irritated and mentioned they are overwhelmed. Facility isn't all the clean and kinda gloomy. Wish it could've worked out better for us.

I had to board my two dogs over the 4th of July holiday for 3 nights due to a move. They had never been away from home before. I was informed about the vaccines needed before hand and both dogs were current on all when I dropped them off. Because we were/are in the time of Covid-19, I wasn't able to tour the facility or even see where my dogs would be kept. I wish I could rate this place worse than this. I came and brought the GSD I am watching for my brother to this place to get a bath and de-shed. After an hour and a half I called to check up on him, they said he was doing great and it would only be 30 more minutes. 45 minutes passed and I called again, Savannah a "manager" answered the phone and said "As I said earlier it would only be 30 more minutes and I'm sure he's ready." I brought my dog to Pet Paradise today for Day Camp. It appeared very clean and one employee in particular was very helpful. It looks like it would be an ok place to board. This facility is not a good fit for our dog and we will not use them in the future. We just moved from the Midwest to Arizona. At our last doggie daycare, the dogs were out and played all day. Very very upset that my puppy got Kennel Cough after being boarded for just one night at pet Paradise Happy Valley location. I have had multiple dogs over 17 years in 2 different states that were boarded with current Bordetella vaccinations. This is the first time a dog of mine with a current vaccination got kennel cough. It was only after it was reported to management (I.e. that my dog was coughing) did this facility jump to action with top to bottom dog run cleaning with super strength germ killing chemical products.
