My two chocolate labs love coming here. I don't have to worry about my "babies" while in away because I know they are being well taken care of. See you next week.

As any pet owner we are all skeptical of taking your furry loved ones to a new place, which I was. I scheduled a Sunday appointment (yes they have grooming on Sunday!!) and took both dogs in (Shih Tzu and Shih Tuz Poodle) and I talked with the groomer and told her what I like and part of the dogs to watch out for sensitive stops when groomer. I love this place and the staff. They are all so wonderful and love the animals they take care of. When I pull up my dog literally jumps out of the car he is so excited. He loves the staff and is so happy to be there. Makes me feel good about dropping him off.

I had tried a couple of other places for day care for my Golden Retriever puppy prior to Pet Paradise and had fairly horrid experiences. It was with great trepidation I took her there even after liking my initial impressions. I had nothing to fear. She loves it and I love the way they treat her. She has been going there since she was 5 months old and just had her first birthday. She is always excited to go and loves being there. ***One more thing. I saw that another reviewer said her dogs were thirsty after coming home. Tripp is the same way. It appears he likes to knock over the water dish they have set up for him. He does it all the time. He also goes "potty" immediately upon checking out of Pet Paradise because he has been trained not to go to the bathroom indoors. I'm sure he does #1 throughout the day, but #2 he saves for afterward. As far as the smell, Tripp rarely smells upon leaving Pet Paradise, but it's got to be expected when you have you... read more

My little guy has been to Pet Paradise several time now and he loves his play days there. I have never had any issues with the staff, and have always had a positive experience.

I am new to the doggie day care thing, but I recently got a younger rescue dog who is full of energy and working full time I do not have time to wear him out as I should. Went to check it out. The staff was helpful and friendly and The facilities were clean. I was nervous the first time dropping him off, I felt like I was dropping my kid off at the first day of kindergarten! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pet Paradise. I dropped my dog, Samson, off on Wednesday, February 25th, for a stay until Sunday, March 1st. After arriving at our destination, we received a missed call. When my husband called back, he was told that Samson had attacked another dog completely unprovoked, would no longer be allowed in group play, and would require one-on-one sessions at an additional $20 per day. If I could leave 0 stars I certainly would. My partner and I used to use Pet Paradise RELIGIOUSLY for our grooming. One day, our groomer was no longer available. It turns out, a dog had a medical emergency on the grooming table and our groomer was fired for leaving to take the pet to the Emergency Room. Not only is this level of customer service shocking, it is negligent and deserves much more than just a bad review. Please, if you love your pets, trust someone else to care for them.
