I've been going there since they opened and I just got booted as a client because I complained and they didn't like the fact I was calling them out on their crap service. Robin, their newest and by far WORST Groomer, has failed to finish the job on my chihuahua mix the last 2 times and I had to go to my vet to have his nails trimmed. They mistook me for a new client, claim they were never rude and blamed the old groomer for poor notes when he, in fact, got the job done every time. Take your dog elsewhere. Lynn is awesome! Do the training day camp if you go! However, staff seems irritated and mentioned they are overwhelmed. Facility isn't all the clean and kinda gloomy. Wish it could've worked out better for us.

I had to board my two dogs over the 4th of July holiday for 3 nights due to a move. They had never been away from home before. I was informed about the vaccines needed before hand and both dogs were current on all when I dropped them off. Because we were/are in the time of Covid-19, I wasn't able to tour the facility or even see where my dogs would be kept. I wish I could rate this place worse than this. I came and brought the GSD I am watching for my brother to this place to get a bath and de-shed. After an hour and a half I called to check up on him, they said he was doing great and it would only be 30 more minutes. 45 minutes passed and I called again, Savannah a "manager" answered the phone and said "As I said earlier it would only be 30 more minutes and I'm sure he's ready." I brought my dog to Pet Paradise today for Day Camp. It appeared very clean and one employee in particular was very helpful. It looks like it would be an ok place to board. This facility is not a good fit for our dog and we will not use them in the future. We just moved from the Midwest to Arizona. At our last doggie daycare, the dogs were out and played all day. Very very upset that my puppy got Kennel Cough after being boarded for just one night at pet Paradise Happy Valley location. I have had multiple dogs over 17 years in 2 different states that were boarded with current Bordetella vaccinations. This is the first time a dog of mine with a current vaccination got kennel cough. It was only after it was reported to management (I.e. that my dog was coughing) did this facility jump to action with top to bottom dog run cleaning with super strength germ killing chemical products. My husband and I went out of town for five days and the pups stayed at pet paradise. We were so excited to see our loves and they basically checked us out like at a grocery store. They had no idea how the dogs were, I asked a question about them and they looked at me like I had a third eye. We have no idea if there was enough food them, maybe not, they look skinny... they didn't even give our food measuring cup back or CBD oil for the old dog. Well my 3rd eye is telling us not to go back.

This was our first time bringing all four of our dogs. The day I was picking them up I got a phone call that one of them needed to be taken to the vet. When I got to the vet there was a really bad gouge in her leg. It required four staples. Even though I signed a consent saying I was responsible for anything that happened, they offered to pay the $300 surgery. However, no one could tell me how this happened. The groomer there never listened to what I wanted done - I picked up my dog after his apt and his face looked untouched compared to the rest of his shaved body. I asked if the groomer could touch it up and he flat out told me NO, next time. So I had to pay for an already overpriced cut and still go home and trim my dog myself. The next time when I arrived for my SCHEDULED apt the ladies at the desk told me I wasn't on the schedule and it was "past the time he'd be grooming anyway".
