This place and the people that work here are great. They really seem to love all the pups and kitties and are always friendly and accommodating. I have an active pup who loves to go play with his friends and comes home tired!!:) We also use their groomer Chris. He does a fantastic job. Always does what I ask as I am picky about how I want the cut to be. He is patient and meticulous and very reasonably priced. Glad we have a place like this so close to home.

Our miniature dachshund Rocco seemed to enjoy his stay at Pet Paradise. He has boarded many times before in Wisconsin, but since moving to Arizona we were hoping to find another good place for him to board. Rocco stayed for a free "try out" daycare one day and did well. His recent stay was for four nights. The folks at Pet Paradise place dogs in groups based on their temperament. He's a docile guy and fit in well with the group. My two boxers, Lucy and Ollie, absolutely LOVE coming to pet paradise. They are well taken care of, fed and get plenty of playtime. When I pick them up, they don't want to leave. Also, the team is good about working with my paydays and allowing me to pay in advance for my visits. Also, because I have a second dog, they always give me a discount. First time our new dog spent the night away from home. He seemed to really like the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we picked him up we made another reservation for a stay. We are also thinking about using their trainer for some lessons in the very near future.

Pet paradise has been incredible every time I have used their service. The last time I was there I had a last minute trip to make and my dog needed a boratela shot however, I had to go to work. The staff went above and beyond and helped me get my dogs shots taken care of. I don't remember their names but they worked the morning of March 11. That was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Thank you!

My puppy has been here two times for doggy camp and really enjoys her time here. I am happy with the facility however they don' t have webcams so I can check in on my dog throughout the day which would be very helpful as they offer this at other locations in the US (they are a corporation with many facilities). Another disappointment was no dog bone shaped pool as depicted on their website---this is also available in other States but not in Arizona. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We had our puppy stay at the Pet Paradise Resort in Happy Valley for 12 nights. After a few nights being away, we sent them an email and asked how he was doing. They responded quickly and included a photo of our puppy. It made us feel much better. All of the staff was very nice and they take care of dogs very well. We will have our puppy stay at the place again when we will be out of town in the future. The staff was excellent, the facility was very clean and we had a great experience. Thank you!

Our two dogs and one cat have enjoyed multiple extended stays at Pet Paradise, twice over holiday weekends. The pets come home healthy and happy every time. The facility looks very clean and smells fresh, which to me is an important indicator of the quality of a boarding facility. All the staff I've had occasion to interact with have been friendly, helpful and professional. Drop off and pick up has always been quick and efficient, too.
