Pet paradise has been incredible every time I have used their service. The last time I was there I had a last minute trip to make and my dog needed a boratela shot however, I had to go to work. The staff went above and beyond and helped me get my dogs shots taken care of. I don't remember their names but they worked the morning of March 11. That was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Thank you!

My puppy has been here two times for doggy camp and really enjoys her time here. I am happy with the facility however they don' t have webcams so I can check in on my dog throughout the day which would be very helpful as they offer this at other locations in the US (they are a corporation with many facilities). Another disappointment was no dog bone shaped pool as depicted on their website---this is also available in other States but not in Arizona. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We had our puppy stay at the Pet Paradise Resort in Happy Valley for 12 nights. After a few nights being away, we sent them an email and asked how he was doing. They responded quickly and included a photo of our puppy. It made us feel much better. All of the staff was very nice and they take care of dogs very well. We will have our puppy stay at the place again when we will be out of town in the future. The staff was excellent, the facility was very clean and we had a great experience. Thank you!

Our two dogs and one cat have enjoyed multiple extended stays at Pet Paradise, twice over holiday weekends. The pets come home healthy and happy every time. The facility looks very clean and smells fresh, which to me is an important indicator of the quality of a boarding facility. All the staff I've had occasion to interact with have been friendly, helpful and professional. Drop off and pick up has always been quick and efficient, too. We love boarding our dogs here. Our boxer loves going to the doggie daycare. They have great hours too, which makes it very convenient for an early drop off.

**Update** Because of a recent family emergency, I needed to fly home ASAP. I immediately called Pet Paradise hoping and praying they had space available and would be able to accommodate Noah and Finn on such short notice. They did, THANK GOD. Noah & Finn had boarded at PP before so all their records were already on file. I was extremely nervous dropping my dog off for the first time. She was a rescue and was previously abused so she is very feisty. When I first arrived I felt extremely comfortable leaving her in their care. Tawnya (I hope I spelled it correctly) was extremely patient with her. She took the time to let Daisy get to know her so she was not freaked out. She did a terrific job grooming her and making sure she felt comfortable. So we picked up the girls after six days at Pet Paradise. We caslled several times during our trip and got detailed reports on how the girls were doing. We were told how they were eating and sleeping, how they got along in play group, a couple of funny stories... It was like our Cali and Tuzi were the only pups spending the week at Pet Paradise! Awesome grooming! My poor little pug has suffered from so many bad haircuts it was nice to have a real professional do a great job. She was very timely and my little puggy looks the best she ever has. Will definitely return!
