Being a first time pet boarder I was very disappointed in Pet Paradise' services. When I initially made the reservations I mentioned to one of the ladies (who I can't remember her name right now) this is my first time boarding our cats and I am a bit apprehensive and nervous about boarding them. I told her ,one of my cats in particular, can be temperamental especially this being her first time. I had boarded my rescue dog one time with Pet Paradise. I knew there might be problems due to a lot of anxiety issues associated with his former abuse. Due to my concern, I called from out of town to see how he was doing and got a glowing report. When I picked him up, I asked how his stay had been. Again, I got a glowing report. A few weeks ago I was going out of town for a graduation, so several weeks prior, I called and made a reservation. They called to confirm the reservation a few days before. Took my 2 small dogs to board for several days. One of my babies is 15 yrs. old, but other than mild arthritis he is quite a normal geriatric dog. The younger dog has a heart murmur and is on medication to control his heart abnormality, he does have tendency to cough but his activity level and appetite are normal.
