I feel my Golden Doodle was traumatized here at this location. The accommodations are not near what Kyle and Georgetown have. The groomer contacted me telling me she was going to have to shave her tail because of matting. She is groomed at another Pet Paradise every 4 weeks, and I have never had to have her tail shaved! Her ears were not plucked, also requested a trim on body, it was almost shaved and she was 'not able' to do trim with scissors after the razor cut, BUT I was charged full price. Hate to leave bad reviews since I can't speak to the nature of the grooming services. I've tried to work with them now for two weeks and I've been rescheduled three times now. Today was the last straw. Before it was moving the appointment by a couple of hours (fine, totally understand), then it was moving it to another day (again, I'm flexible) but my appointment is tomorrow and I just got a message that the system overbooked. Nice staff but my cat smelt like pee when I picked him up. I won't be bringing him back here. I'm going to have a pet sitter come to my home and take care of him my next trip. Not satisfied.

Terrible terrible and more terrrible!! They have a great lack of caring and honesty!! They boarded black lab for my daughter during their spring break vacation and when my son-in-law went to pick him up on their return (1 week later), they never gave him a bath and he had a terrible infection on his neck. This infection cost them a vet to their vet and in excess of $600. This terrible boarding place refused to acknowledge the problem and just "walked away", even after hearing directly from the vet! Booked an appointment on line for grooming and got a confirmation and a reminder email. Got there and we were told the "software" they use overbooks and they couldn't groom our dog today. We don't live close by, 12 miles away, and ended up wasting an hour of our day. Sounds like poor management if they know it does that and they don't correct it. Simply checking the bookings and notifying customers would do.

Terrible service! Instead of communicating what needs to be done they wait to last minute. They over book and when you come in they give you excuses on why they can't groom my dog. Even giving them the paperwork for the vaccinations she still said my dog wasn't vaccinated. It always happens when I bring him here. How is it that I've brought my dog 5 times here and they still have no records of his vaccines. Smh definitely not the place to take your dogs.. very unprofessional and un trained on their job.
The business owners seemed to reply to my previous review, and they said they would escalate to "upper management", but I never got a message or any follow up. I'm only updating this because my dog has a BALD SPOT on her elbows STILL because she was sleeping in her urine that entire night and it was so itchy that she bit it until she was bleeding. Again, PLEASE do not trust this company for the well being of your dog. We now use Rover where our dog is so much happier and is actually loved and at the bare minimum cared for.... read more

Pet Paradise had good reviews, and my typical boarding facility was full, so I gave them a try. My puppy was terrified from the moment I walked in the door (which is very out-of-character for her, and it should have been a red flag for me). I could hear multiple dogs howling when I dropped her off. There were several people helping out in the reception area.
