We board our baby about once or twice a month at Pet Paradise. Our dog is a bit timid around other dogs, but not aggressive. She enjoys being with playmates, but not the tiny ones or overly hyper types. Pet Paradise has a variety of rooms for all different sizes and activity levels. On her first visit, they monitored her so that they could place her in the right group. Posting for my mom! "We recently boarded our 3 Maltese dogs for the first time at Pet Paradise and they did Fabulous!! I HIGHLY recommend this boarding facility. The staff are wonderful and compassionate to the animals and their parents "

I have been boarding my dogs here for a few years. This is the first place that my dogs WANT to go to. They actually run to the entrance and scratch on the door! This alone sells me on the place. When they come home, they are tired, but not stressed. The staff sometimes tells me of silly things they do or how they behave and I LOVE this! Recently, I have been trying out their grooming services and day care. These have also been positive experiences. We love Pet Paradise Plano Premier location. We have used most all of their services including day care, pet boarding overnight, and grooming. The manager, Jackie is wonderful to work with and excellent with animals. She is sensitive to your pet's strengths and areas where your pet might need additional attention. They are always careful about grouping dogs for play time, making certain that dogs are compatible with one another. We boarded our very active part Pit puppy for 4 nights and the staff was great with him. They let him play in the "active room" and he came home tired but very happy. The staff also put up with my daily phone calls to see how he was doing! We got a profess report with a few more details about how he did during his stay. We will absolutely leave him with them again.

I had placed my dog at another facility and she came back to me all cracked out and skittish. I have taken her to Pet Paradise three or four times and she always comes home relaxed and happy. I highly recommend checking this place out,

I looked at several doggie daycares and Pet Paradise blew me away as soon as I stepped through the door! Just like searching for a daycare for one of the children, I was searching for a partner in helping to raise and develop my fur baby. My wonderful boxer was born deaf and I was very reluctant in trusting non-family with him and he developed a nervous disposition when I was not in his sight. We love Pet Paradise on Premier! I take my dog, Mat, there for day care as well as boarding when we go on overnight trips. He is very well taken care of. The building is always very clean, the employees are always kind & helpful with smiles on their faces. They all seem to really enjoy their job. The owner, Jacque often comes out and talks to me about Mat's stay. He has also been groomed by their resident groomer and she is the dog - whisperer! I know my pups are always taken care of when I board them here. I hate leaving them when we are out of town, but I am glad to leave them with such a trustworthy staff!
