Worst experience ever! Booked the reservation, confirmed that they could take a diabetic cat who needs a daily injection. Then, with a flight to catch and pressed for time, they refused our cat! Said they aren't "allowed" to give the shot, even with our permission. It was even IN THEIR NOTES that she would need the injection! Not happy!

I would steer clear. It's under new management and although I used to take my dog here for many years, the most recent time I left her here they screwed up and didn't feed her for over 24 hours and tried to make it seem like that wasn't a particularly big deal.

Dropped my dog off for an ultimate bath and a deshedding add on. When I picked my dog up his ears had not been cleaned I had to come home and do it myself. He also had a lot of loose fur still which he shouldn't have had since I paid for the deshedding. She also stated my dog was scared to be blow dried but my dog has never been scared of a blow dryer in fact I blow dry him every morning when doing my hair. Makes no sense but definitely will not be returning.

Do not leave your in tact male here. My poor baby's testicles were burned and swollen and the people said nothing to me when I picked him up. He was there for a week. Not sure how that happened, but it took weeks to heal and he has a huge scar now. He was also extremely congested and was reverse sneezing like crazy for weeks after. My poor sweet baby dog had never been boarded before and now my trust is broken to do so again. Very disappointed. I was so mad at myself for leaving him afterwards. I cried. Had some great experiences in 2017 with Pet Paradise but ended up using a private house sitter for the past couple years. She couldn't handle large dogs anymore though (ours is 110#s) so we decided to use Pet Paradise again. Our dog suffers from anxiety and can be aggressive towards strangers when stressed. My wife notified Pet Paradise about the situation and their assistant manager was very understanding and said they'd welcome him in for a day to assess him. I live nearby and they let the dogs bark all of the time! I've also heard people yelling at the dogs and they use an obnoxious horn sometimes to try and quiet the dogs; doesn't work most of the time.

I had my dog stay here end of July till beginning of August and your cameras are still not updated!! Poor show !

They were horrible. I made an appointment on line. Then I called the day before to confirm. They said they needed my dog's updated medical records since his last visit in March. I asked if I should get a copy and bring it but they said they will call his vet. Made this reservation because my father in law just passed away and I had to go across the country for a few days.
