I wouldn't recommend this place if you need to groom your cat. I found this place on Google since it had good reviews even though we live in Wylie, I called and scheduled an appointment, (the soonest they had was a week later). When we went that day and dropped off my cat, the first thing she just took him out of my moms arms. If you are professional with cats you need to know that you HAVE to let the cat smell your finger and give you permission before you can pet or carry them. My roommate picked up my dogs today. However, they gave him the wrong dog! I'm absolutely livid! How in the world do you give someone the wrong dog!? I pray on everything that is holy my dog is still there or your establishment is in for a rude awakening. Not only did you give me the wrong dog, you didn't return them with all their belongings either! WHERE IS MY DOG!? who's dog is this!? Avoid At All Costs We have been taking our dog to Pet Paradise for about a year. Our overall belief is that management does not care.. We were setup to visit once a month on Sundays or at least that was the plan. We have had everything happen from "OH I'm so sorry we moved your appointment.. Did no one call you" to " Your groomer has decided not to work Sunday's anymore, did no one tell you" to " I realize we spoke and confirmed your appointment but it appears it was changed" .. the list goes on.. Initially I was pleased with Pet Paradise. I have an older dog who is very sweet but doesn't hear very well. She needs eye drops every few hours during the daytime. The first 3 times I boarded her it was no issue. However, they recently informed me they no longer want to keep her because it is too much trouble. I'm quite disappointed.

First, let me say I'm leaving this review not because of any bad care or boarding that my dog has had in this facility. The purpose of this review is to question why when you go to the facility you're not given a tour of it. I would very much like to use this for daycare for my dog. However, after visiting twice and requesting to see where my dog would be staying I found that it was corporate policy not to show you where they will be. I am completely dissatisfied with the communication exchanged with Pet Paradise at this Premier Drive location. Although we sincerely wished to provide them a second chance to make things right by bringing in our dog for these initially requested services, Carissa (manager) provided push-back after we had scheduled the appointment for the following week. Being a first time pet boarder I was very disappointed in Pet Paradise' services. When I initially made the reservations I mentioned to one of the ladies (who I can't remember her name right now) this is my first time boarding our cats and I am a bit apprehensive and nervous about boarding them. I told her ,one of my cats in particular, can be temperamental especially this being her first time. I had boarded my rescue dog one time with Pet Paradise. I knew there might be problems due to a lot of anxiety issues associated with his former abuse. Due to my concern, I called from out of town to see how he was doing and got a glowing report. When I picked him up, I asked how his stay had been. Again, I got a glowing report. Took my 2 small dogs to board for several days. One of my babies is 15 yrs. old, but other than mild arthritis he is quite a normal geriatric dog. The younger dog has a heart murmur and is on medication to control his heart abnormality, he does have tendency to cough but his activity level and appetite are normal.
