I have been using Pet Paradise Premier for over a year -- what I love most is that the service behind the desk has never changed. I am always greeted with a smile, the foyer is clean and spacious, and it is always a pleasant experience when leaving my 13-year-old retriever Abby. When I pick up Abby her tail is always wagging which means that she is happy. Kudos to Jackie and the staff at Pet Paradise Premier! You are doing a marvelous job in taking care of our pets.

I am so happy we found Pet Paradise Premier! The staff are wonderful and I have a great peace of mind that my babies are being taken care of when we're away from home. Our "special needs" puppy even loves it here, and they think nothing of the special attention he often needs! They are the absolute best! We even drive all the way from Addison to board our dogs here.

My dogs spent the last week with the wonderful folks at Pet a Paradise. I know they were well cared for, loved and probably received more constant attention there than at home. This place is the best!! We travel a lot and have taken our yellow lab Hunter there for the past year. He is always happy and so well taken care of by this wonderful staff. No matter who is working they always know when Hunter is coming in and greet him by name, and when we come to pick him up they know exactly whose "parents" we are! It says a lot that they get to know their customers and pets so well, it makes me feel confident dropping Hunter off that he will be loved and well taken care of! I adopted my Maggie almost six years ago. She had been beaten and crate abused so I am very picky as to who she is around and that she gets the best of life. A few years ago I had to board Maggie while we went out of town for a funeral. I found Pet Paradise and have since left her there several times. They take good care of her and she seems to have more energy when she comes home. My daughter also used them when her family went to Disney. I take my boxer her atleast 5 days a week. He always knows when we turn the corner where we are going. As a pet owner who works alot of hours this is the only way to do it. He gets plenty of attention and is loved by all. I highly recommend that if you are in the same situation or just need a nice place for your pup to stay for a weekend get away that you take a visit. Jackie, the manager, is always there and aware of what is going on and pays attention to detail. Django thanks you Pet Paradise for all of the fun!

My mother in law recommended Pet Paradise. We have boarded our dachshund, Louie, there multiple times. I'm picky about where and who we leave Louie with...he's my baby! Jackie and her team do a great job and make me feel totally at ease. When we board Louie for our trips, we frequently call in to check on him and we are always given a specific report on how he's doing. My dog attends daycare, training, & boards at Pet Paradise quite frequently. We have been clients since the day of the resort opening. I must say... I am completely pleased with every service I have had, they have far surpassed my expectations, I will never take my dog anywhere else. WENDY is EVERYTHING. We are loyal. She lives for the wellbeing of these animal guests. So grateful for the care she's given my basset and beagle (RIP you crazy bastard). I'm very private. I do not leave online reviews, usually. Hence the fake name. But Wendy is exceptional. She seems like me, hyper, and so she keeps all balls in the air! Great person.
