our 3yr old Golden Doodle has stayed at this facility 3 times! we have been treated so kindly as our dog was! The staff was so accommodating to us asking questions and showing Ellie's room and routine! i will highly recommend this facilityi

We were going on a six day cruise and my boyfriend had stated that his dog had stayed at a Pet Paradise before. I've never heard of it, but I really wanted to make sure that the dog had somewhere to stay where he would have a good time, be taken care of, and we could trust that when we got him back it would be in the same shape we left him. Staff is AMAZING there. Place is big and very clean. All the dogs look like they are having a great time. Love that they have cameras in all the play areas. I see my dog having a great time always.

We were taking a trip out of town for a short vacation and had good success with Pet Paradise previously. This time was even better than before. I don't know how but the employees we spoke with on the phone and those we worked with made the drop and pickup quite comfortable and enjoyable. I know our little Jack Russel's were well cared for and happy... you can watch your pups play outside supervised right through the app!! Khloe, our daughter who is a Shih Tzu/bichon mix recently spent a couple of nights away from us at a boarding place, Pet paradise, for the first time ever. We were thrilled to have a private WebCam in her individual unit. We were thrilled that they gave her one on one time. But we were super happy that they offered us the option of a one day free day there or a one day free night there. We will be using them again for sure as we feel very comfortable and safe with them and their team of Caring staff!

What went well? Everything!! Communication was on point! The facility was clean clean clean!! And my fur baby was so happy and it helped him to socialize. The staff are very interactive and seem to really care about all the animals!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for loving my baby.... And fyi, Fur parents... I really don't think they miss us while we are away.. because they are so pampered and spoiled while they are here ... check out the web cams and see for yourself!! Give this place a try!

pet Paradise in Wesley Chapel is awesome. The staff cares for your animal like it's their own. Might girl loves to go there and I feel comfortable knowing that she's in good hands. Gabriel one of the groomers is superb. He does a fabulous job with her. He's sweet and kind and she looks beautiful when he's done. I cannot remember recommend this facility enough. Karol G

This place has been awesome. We have been going there over a year now and the Staff are wonderful! My Girl loves to go everyday and she is very excited to get there and see all of the staff and her friends in the play yard! I do recommend this place if you want to get your pup to get some socialization and have a controlled environment with a lot of fun for your pup. Love it but Mrs Maggie loves it more. She is like the star here. The staff is amazing they love each pet like it was their own. They do these cool photo shoots with your pet and they have special cards made during the holidays I love bringing Maggie and she loves all her friends there.
