We were taking a trip out of town for a short vacation and had good success with Pet Paradise previously. This time was even better than before. I don't know how but the employees we spoke with on the phone and those we worked with made the drop and pickup quite comfortable and enjoyable. I know our little Jack Russel's were well cared for and happy... you can watch your pups play outside supervised right through the app!! Khloe, our daughter who is a Shih Tzu/bichon mix recently spent a couple of nights away from us at a boarding place, Pet paradise, for the first time ever. We were thrilled to have a private WebCam in her individual unit. We were thrilled that they gave her one on one time. But we were super happy that they offered us the option of a one day free day there or a one day free night there. We will be using them again for sure as we feel very comfortable and safe with them and their team of Caring staff!

What went well? Everything!! Communication was on point! The facility was clean clean clean!! And my fur baby was so happy and it helped him to socialize. The staff are very interactive and seem to really care about all the animals!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for loving my baby.... And fyi, Fur parents... I really don't think they miss us while we are away.. because they are so pampered and spoiled while they are here ... check out the web cams and see for yourself!! Give this place a try!

pet Paradise in Wesley Chapel is awesome. The staff cares for your animal like it's their own. Might girl loves to go there and I feel comfortable knowing that she's in good hands. Gabriel one of the groomers is superb. He does a fabulous job with her. He's sweet and kind and she looks beautiful when he's done. I cannot remember recommend this facility enough. Karol G

Love it but Mrs Maggie loves it more. She is like the star here. The staff is amazing they love each pet like it was their own. They do these cool photo shoots with your pet and they have special cards made during the holidays I love bringing Maggie and she loves all her friends there.

I took my mini schnauzer for a grooming due to its close proximity to my new place and they did not disappoint. The ladies were friendly and the grooming was fantastic. The groomer was Deja Hyder and she was awesome. She took care of my furbaby Gizmo and she was very attentive and followed all instructions carefully. The bath and groom was $65 minus the tip. The place was clean inside and outside. They also do daycare and boarding but I have not tried them yet.

So full disclaimer, we have only used this facility once for 3 nights (just moved to Tampa). My husband and I were impressed with the facility - looked and smelled clean. :-) I think the biggest + for me was seeing all the super happy dogs when I dropped my babies off; something told me they were just doing it right. Upon pick-up, they were outside in the yard playing with all the other dogs of their size. We have a 5 lb and 10 lb dog, and I have worked with other boarding facilities that always places my small one with dogs... read more

My dogs LOVE this place! We love how excited they are when coming in for the day or an extended weekend! We never worry about them at this location. We literally walk in and they yelp to go to the back- they know it's their happy place with other dogs! Honestly the progress reports are my favorite part when leaving them to know that they're doing well and having fun! I always enjoy the photos we get of them! My dogs loved their experience with Pet Paradise. I liked that I could view them at play via their cameras. They come home happy and tired. I highly recommend them
