This was our second time using Pet Paradise to board our hound mixes, Bart and Benton. They are very energetic dogs and Bart can be a bit apprehensive around other dogs. This is the only place I will use in the NewTampa/Wesley Chapel area if we need dog boarding. It is very clean, and the staff treats the dogs like they are their own. Decided to take our dog there for the first time so she could try it out for the day before needing to board her. The staff is very friendly and all the dogs looked so happy and playful. The little report card they send home about your dog is so nice and this is the only place that has actually been able to trim her nails (she is a hyper 60lb boxer mix)!!

We've been taking our two dogs to Pet Paradise for doggie daycare more frequently lately, as we are in the middle of a move. And boy, do they love it!!! As soon as we get there, their tails wag non-stop, they jump on the counter to greet the staff, and Lillie Mae even cries or barks if they don't take her back quick enough! That makes it so much easier to drop them off, knowing they are excited to go and in good hands!

This is the only place we trust with our dogs. They always take such good care of them. For $5 extra per day they send you detailed email updates with pictures of your fur babies. The customer service is always above and beyond. Last time they forgot to send us home with the medicine by accident and they gave us two free nights of boarding for the inconvenience. I had never boarded my 10 month old puppy and only on a rare occasion my 11 yr old Westie so I was some what apprehensive. The the tour prior to boarding was so helpful the staff is so friendly and takes the time to explain everything. My dog Zeke tried out pet paradise for an afternoon and had a great time. The staff is friendly and answered all of my questions with z smile. I watched Zeke on the webcam app and he was playing in the pool and playing tug with the other dogs. I would reccomend this place to anyone!

My golden retriever loves going to Day Camp here! Wyatt gets so excited when we pull in. Very clean and the staff is so friendly. We love getting his daily report card! Big thumbs up!

Only place I'll take the most important thing to me, my dog Bailey! This place has an amazing staff and Bailey always lives to go here! She looks forward to it unlike other places that you could tell she dreaded going to.
