All I can say if your fur baby is on any medication do not leave them at Pet Paradise & trust them to administer it correctly. We left our Yorkie with them for 4 days. He is on Hydrocodone syrup for his partially collapsed trachea. It was to be given 8-12 hrs. When we picked him up the syrup was gone. I didn't say anything at the time because I wanted to check with the pharmacist on how long that should have lasted given the correct dosage. He confirmed I should have had 6 days left. Very dissatisfied with this business. We dropped our 80 lb golden doodle off for a bath here this morning. We specifically told them he needs to be completely dried before we pick him up or he will smell like spoiled milk. They called me 30 minutes before he was to be picked up. I actually was there an hour after the phone call only to pick him up still wet. The bather said he did not like their blow dryer. It makes me sad that I have to give this post 2 stars. I heard amazing things about "Pet Paradise" and all the cool features they offer. I was super excited to leave my baby boy with them but my experience was not amazing. I asked to be on the "furever connected" email. I waited all day to receive this email to see how he was doing since this was my first time boarding him. But once it 9:30pm I thought something was wrong because I never received an email. Honestly, it's like one of those places that is too good to be true. They quoted us a price if we to keep them over night and it was ended up being $120 more. I recommend New Tampa pet Resort. They are much more professional and courteous.
