It makes me sad that I have to give this post 2 stars. I heard amazing things about "Pet Paradise" and all the cool features they offer. I was super excited to leave my baby boy with them but my experience was not amazing. I asked to be on the "furever connected" email. I waited all day to receive this email to see how he was doing since this was my first time boarding him. But once it 9:30pm I thought something was wrong because I never received an email. Honestly, it's like one of those places that is too good to be true. They quoted us a price if we to keep them over night and it was ended up being $120 more. I recommend New Tampa pet Resort. They are much more professional and courteous.
