I had the most...let me correct that...my pup had the most amazing experience at Pet Paradise (spa). The facilities are extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. My pup had a ball in the jungle gym, play area, and her private suite! Yes a suite not a cage. I will be using them moving forward for my pet sitting needs.

Thank you for the great review, Carrie! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your Pet Paradise experience!
Pet Paradise in WC was terrific! We had to go out of town last minute during New Years Eve weekend. Everyone else was booked up, they were able to get our 80lb dog "River" in without a problem. We took her vaccination records and filled out a personality profile for her. We signed up for "forever connected" which is a service they provide that will send you an email update and photos every day. They also had live webcams of the play areas. Our River had a great time and we're glad to have found a place we feel comfortable le... read more

We board our dog at Pet Paradise when we travel. He is very excited when we arrive and never looks back to say goodbye to us. He especially loves the swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and the facility is beautiful. He is well taken care of and when we travel we know he is in good hands.

I just found this place. I needed my dog to play with other dogs not be in a crate all day. I recently moved to this area and was hesitant about going to them. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and spa like this facility is. They play with my sweet girl and separate them into play groups. I also have used them for boarding and had another great experience.

We started off with a day of day care! Cooper had so much fun that we decided to board him for Thanksgiving weekend! When we dropped him off he ran into the facility and his tail was wagging! We were able to watch him online and could see that he was well taken care of and was playing and having fun! It is comforting to know that he was in good hands while we were away! All of the staff we have met are very nice and friendly!

This was Juno's first visit to pet paradise and she absolutely loved it. We were referred by a friend so I had to check this place out. her dog was welcomed with open arms barely walking through the first door. As soon as they did see my dog it was the same love and affection. Juno is very calm and to herself most of the time but being welcomed by such cheerful staff, she left me and didn't even look back. The area was very clean and smelled great. Walking into a pet area you would assume the worst but the environment was ve... read more

We decided to stop in and check them out and we were so glad we did. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by the friendly staff and overwhelmed by the actual facility. The staff walked us around and showed us the entire facility and thoroughly explained the policies and practices in regards to the daycare and boarding programs. The suites are nice and spacious with more than enough room for your pooch or feline child. One of the best parts of the facility is the lobby and when you walk in you will understand.. it h... read more

We left our dog here for 1 week. They called us twice to let us know she cut her nose trying to open the door. However, once we got her home we found a bite mark that was deep and skin missing on her face that we were not told about. She also came home with red eyes that then worsened with drainage. we had to take her to the ER and she had " doggy pink eye" .

I'm trying to wonder why there are animals being held outside when it's freezing out?
Business response:
Hi Alex. We closely monitor weather conditions and adjust outdoor time accordingly to ensure the safety and comfort of all pets. When temperatures are cold, outdoor time is brief and closely supervised, and dogs always have access to a warm indoor environment. If you have any specific concerns, we’d be happy to speak with you directly.
