We decided to stop in and check them out and we were so glad we did. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by the friendly staff and overwhelmed by the actual facility. The staff walked us around and showed us the entire facility and thoroughly explained the policies and practices in regards to the daycare and boarding programs. The suites are nice and spacious with more than enough room for your pooch or feline child. I will NEVER bring my dogs back here! After getting home I had to take all 3 of them to the vet and they each had Kennel cough. They said you can see your pets on camera while they are there but it's 15 minute intervals twice a day. So my dogs spent 23.5 hours in a kennel for the 2 full days I was gone. AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN

Well, today I picked up my doodle pup and he smelled like days old urine. He was more anxious than normal when I picked him up. The previous stay they downgraded his room but did not inform us. We wouldn't have known if it wasn't for us taking a look on the live cam. They stated that a family extended a reservation but that doesn't excuse them from notifying us and reducing the price of the stay. My dog got kennel cough twice in five weeks, 260 in vet bills. At times it smelled really dirty and my dog came home with feces on his legs once after day camp. He only went there 9 times and was boarded for three days.

Much like a common cold in humans, canine infectious tracheobronchitis (kennel cough) is airborne and can be contracted anywhere. All of our guests at Pet Paradise are required to have a current Bordetella vaccine, but just like the flu shot in humans, the vaccine is not always 100% effective in preventing it. Horrible customer service! They canceled our grooming appointment after 2 weeks of being scheduled with no warning, no call, no rescheduled date, nothing. I then called because I got the notification and the receptionist said the groomer was overbooked and canceled the one who made their appointment last. So I said ok, but they made no attempt to make it better, just canceled, no phone call to reschedule, nothing. If a groomer treats customers like that, I wouldn't want them around my pets. :)

I regret to say that I won't trust them with my pet again; he was clean and happy when we left him, but upon picking him up, he was dirty, lethargic, and injured. Shockingly, we received no call about his deteriorating condition. This experience has taught me the importance of not leaving my pet with indifferent strangers. Now, I need to take him to the vet to understand what went wrong. Lesson learned!

Don't send your pet here, it would be safer to drop them off at the pound. Been over a year and never a single response from management

Make sure you go over your price invoice BEFORE you leave your pet ! They change prices at pickup!! Even if you have a print out detailing price breakdown. And they tell you its only an "estimate just like a car dealership before your final price" avoid JEN the assistant manager at all costs she's extremely rude and has a major attitude problem.

I went to drop off my two dogs who have stayed there before multiple times. The day of drop off we were told our dogs needed an updated vaccine. And that they had left an email about it. An email that was sent at 6 am that same day. They called me 3 weeks prior to the date I dropped them off to collect their $100 deposit and mentioned NOTHING about my dog's expired vaccine.
