The price they quoted me over the phone was not accurate or agreed. In fact when I went to pick up my two little friends the price had DOUBLED. It was actually more to board them than to pay for a hotel room. It was unbelievably expensive for two nights.

Let my 2 miniature schnauzer and schnauzer mix overnight and they have a shower and where clean and when I pick them up the blanket smell was bad like place wasn't clean I'm not sure if I will take them there again.

I am usually not one to put in reviews. But tried them out for doggy day camp and for $38 a day they provided very little play time for my puppy. Most day camps a puppy will come home exhausted. I kept looking at the camera's to see if she was outside throughout the day. Seen on camera once for only 30 minutes. If you are looking into this place, watch camera's and you will see that the same doggies are barely outside. This place was absolutely terrible. We moved and needed to board our Cats. We were told we could come and visit anytime. When we showed up to visit our Cats. They said we could not hold them or go in by them. They were rude and mean to us. I asked the manager please we had not been able to hold them for weeks. She said no!! My Cats all three of them. Unfortunately I will be leaving Pet Paradise of Wesley Chapel. 07/12/2021 Two weeks ago I requested M-F reservations for my two dogs through the end of August. A desk clerk let me know I was good to go but something was lost in communication between the managers and the most important contact--the customer :) 07/27/2021 !!! I was not informed to make doggy day care reservations on my own and showed up with no space available for my pups. Beware of boarding here!!! **UPDATE** My youngest dog has been diagnosed with kennel cough** We boarded our dogs for three nights in an indoor/ outdoor space to allow them more room to share. We watched the cameras diligently while we were gone (like checking every hour diligently). We never once saw our dogs out playing and we very VERY rarely saw the doors to the outdoor part of the kennel open. Needless to say...I was worried. I've been taking my pet here for about 2 years now and the last few visits have not been pleasant. She has recently stayed for a week and came home with diarrhea, green drainage in her eyes, and dehydrated. I know she was dehydrated because she had a comprehensive check up the next day and her blood work showed she was dehydrated and kidney levels increased. If you love your dog you'll find another place to bring them!!! Not the first time that during a boarding my dog got locked up and never even got water. She came home and couldn't get enough water!!! They lock her up and don't even let her out to play. You can do The same at home with a kennel!! I also made a full grooming appointment 3 weeks in advance because I was having medical procedures and told them that. We made our appointment. Were informed that he would be introduced to other dogs and if all went well will have play time with them. Dropped off our dog and were informed that he will not have pay time because he is not fixed. We were never told this nor is it on the web site. Will not go back
