If you love your dog you'll find another place to bring them!!! Not the first time that during a boarding my dog got locked up and never even got water. She came home and couldn't get enough water!!! They lock her up and don't even let her out to play. You can do The same at home with a kennel!! We made our appointment. Were informed that he would be introduced to other dogs and if all went well will have play time with them. Dropped off our dog and were informed that he will not have pay time because he is not fixed. We were never told this nor is it on the web site. Will not go back

I had reached out multiple times via email and contact via the website. Each time I got a response, answers seemed to vary which is confusing. I received a call a few days before as a reminder AND to say they had all the paperwork they needed. I want my dog! I was misinformed by an associate when I dropped my dog off in the morning that they closed at 7. I showed up at 6:30 appx to pick up my dog that needs medication. There were at least five associates there plus a manager. The manager was very condescending, said they tried to send contact me multiple times, it was once and that they could not give me my dog. After our move to Wesley Chapel we were looking for a doggy day care, that would provide play time and swim time for an occasional long work day. A family friend dog visited this place last week and within 3 days, she started coughing. My dog who has not ever gone to this place, now has a cough. When we called, they just said "no one else has been reported sick". We were giving this place the benefit of the doubt (especially after the run away episode). I'm very upset. We (or our family friend) will not ever be going back again! Update: kennel cough - beware!

We require vaccinations to protect the pups, but any time a dog is exposed to other animals there is the opportunity for illness. This is similar to when a child first goes to school. Dropped my dog off for a week long stay while we were on vacation. Picked him up and his neck was green. Green as in the color of pickles, grass, the big wall at Fenway. Green looks great on many things but not a dog that is supposed to be white and black. I called PP and the lady said (read in Kim Kardashian voice), "Un yeah that's probably algae." Umm. Ok. Why is there algae in my dogs kennel? I asked my dog how his stay was. He replied, "Rough!"

Our first visit there at Wesley Chapelday camp was great, even our second day camp and grooming in Charlotte NC was great. This 3rd 1/2 play and bath was a disaster at Wesley Chapel, not sure what and why things went so wrong . They were a mess when we picked them up and was charged wrong, the girl had a bad attitude saying would adjust this time but not again and she was in the wrong, had the reservation to prove it. Sadly disappointed in this place. Their lack of communication and front desk help is very frustrating. I've brought my dogs here several times because it's nice to know they are getting frequent playtimes. But the staff could do a lot better in treating all dogs/customers the same because my one dog would go home with a puppy report and on other days with my other dog (they didn't always go together) I wouldn't even so much as receive a smile from the staff or a report.
