Would reconsider sending your pet here, we were excited to join their membership, and have tried a few services at the resort, this is one of the worst experiences I've experienced from the quality and care, to the communications, our dog went in for 7 day trip on day 5 was transferred to the er. This is the most inhumane place for any pets. I made a reservation for my cat. Reservation agent sold me a CABANA, also told me my cat water fountain, bed, iPad could be accommodated as well. Once I got there today, the staff at the entrance did not let me view the facility. The iPad and bed was a no. I drop my cat but I had a feeling something was odd. Once their webcam was back up. Absolutely positively do NOT recommend. We boarded our year old Black Lab and our year old 100 lb lab/ridgeback mix. This was the first time they had ever been boarded or away from us. Both are usually overly friendly with people and love love playing at the dog park with other dogs and have never shown any type of aggression ever. Terrible communication from staff . Discriminate against pitbulls .. ( my dog plays too much and another dog was agitated) .. my dog was put away.. told my dog was mounting other dogs which he doesn't do, but considering this was a dog place.. you would think they would be knowledgeable and they aren't. Asked to watch camera footage with my fiancé and literally everything they showed us was completely opposite of what they said. We have used Pet Paradise about 10 times in the last 2 years. My partner and I used to travel a lot pre-pandemic and we were happy with their services. A few small misses but our dogs were well taken care of. We boarded them for 7 days in November during our wedding. I hate to say that we are no longer impressed with their services. For what they charge, there should be no "misses". Two days in a row I checked the cameras briefly to see the pups. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO END UP SEVERELY ILL DAYS LATER!!! Due to unsanitary conditions and poor sanitation at Pet Paradise Winter Garden my dog is now very ill and sick with a severe upper respiratory infection/kennel cough that he picked up at this facility. He has been nowhere except my house and the one day of daycare so there are no questions as to where it came from. I left my 6 month old pup at Pet Paradise in Winter garden from Friday 8/14 to Sunday 8/16. I paid for 2 hours of play time a day.. I kept checking their live webcam screening hourly and my pup was never let out to play. I had to call TWICE for them to let her out at 5pm for only 12 minutes! But it gets worse!! Upon check in, I showed them her vaccine history and I was told she was missing her Bordetella shot (1 of the 3 required shots).
