This place is not good for senior dogs. Avoid it for boarding if you have a senior dog. We boarded our 3 Shih Tzu's on October 8th, late afternoon and collected them on October 16th in the morning. During that time, we communicated by email and they confirmed that all dogs were doing great, except that all 3 had diarrhea, to which they stated that they would feed them pumpkin. Shame on me for not reading reviews before boarding my dog here. But if you're reading this you're already a step ahead of me so I'll say DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. After a 3 day stay they sent a message this morning they found my dog had been throwing up over night a lot to the point he threw up bile also said he had diarrhea so I called immediately they said the vet could take his vitals when he gets in between 8 may be 9 or later so I told them I would go pick him up so I did they brought him my dog out and immediately wanted to collect payment I said hi and he smelled horrible he had vomit all over his feet and face and didn't want to stand so I looked and his behind was covered and... read more

We boarded our dogs here overnight. We checked the cameras many times to see if they were doing ok. Never saw them outside or in a play area once. I came to pick them up, I stood in the lobby almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me (nobody at desk). They had about 40 small dogs outside and 3 larger dogs in a similar size area. The staff just came up with reasons why they weren't out and I didn't see them. We have been kenneling our dogs for close to 4 years. Today I tried to speak with someone at the Winter Garden Location. The call is routed to a call center and the untrained individual on the phone could not answer a simple question. My vet called them to see if they could intercede and they met the same obstacle. Aside from having to drive there (18) miles, I doubt my question can be answered and so I have decided to pull my dogs boarding appt.

Nice facility on my walk through & Dogs loved playing in the Play Yards outside & seemed to enjoy themselves but to my surprise my 3 Pomeranians got sick while in their care. All had Loose stools, one with a bad cough & trip to a Vet for a shot plus antibiotics required. Dogs were returned to me with feces stuck to their butts. For the money they charged me a quick brush out of the rear would've been nice.
Hello, to anyone and everyone this may concern, Our furbaby Kiki Hosp was vacationing at this location (Winter Garden) during the time of 5/28/23-6/1/23 she was in perfect health when dropped off and was up to date on all her vaccines, but none the less she came home with no interest in playing, enjoying her treats, eating, drinking, she has been sneezing, throwing up and has sever diarrhea with some blood in her poo since she came home on 6/1/23. It was the worst experience, they charge more money than they say and they are professional lies, They are irresponsible, they say that they are going to call you to solve it and it is a lie, they only want to solve it by giving you a small credit and that is not what it is about. If you email them they don't even have the decency to respond. Avoid this place and above all avoid adding services because they are not going to comply!!!
