We have been kenneling our dogs for close to 4 years. Today I tried to speak with someone at the Winter Garden Location. The call is routed to a call center and the untrained individual on the phone could not answer a simple question. My vet called them to see if they could intercede and they met the same obstacle. Aside from having to drive there (18) miles, I doubt my question can be answered and so I have decided to pull my dogs boarding appt.

Nice facility on my walk through & Dogs loved playing in the Play Yards outside & seemed to enjoy themselves but to my surprise my 3 Pomeranians got sick while in their care. All had Loose stools, one with a bad cough & trip to a Vet for a shot plus antibiotics required. Dogs were returned to me with feces stuck to their butts. For the money they charged me a quick brush out of the rear would've been nice.
Hello, to anyone and everyone this may concern, Our furbaby Kiki Hosp was vacationing at this location (Winter Garden) during the time of 5/28/23-6/1/23 she was in perfect health when dropped off and was up to date on all her vaccines, but none the less she came home with no interest in playing, enjoying her treats, eating, drinking, she has been sneezing, throwing up and has sever diarrhea with some blood in her poo since she came home on 6/1/23. It was the worst experience, they charge more money than they say and they are professional lies, They are irresponsible, they say that they are going to call you to solve it and it is a lie, they only want to solve it by giving you a small credit and that is not what it is about. If you email them they don't even have the decency to respond. Avoid this place and above all avoid adding services because they are not going to comply!!!

Run. Take your fur baby and run far away from this POS "paradise". I'm leaving this review because I was fooled by the all the "good reviews." The Orlando Airport Location has two indoor play areas. What I didn't know is it's also every animals deification and urination place as well. This breeds bacteria. I watched how they cleaned these areas. It's disgusting. Dog Owners Beware!!!! Read entire Review before Booking. We had our pups stay for a week while we were on vacation. During our time away we did not receive any report cards or updates as we usually do. (Not a big deal) At pickup, there is a sign advising you to stay in your car but we pulled up waited outside for someone to come for over 5 minutes. Do not leave your pet here. They charge you insane fees just for your dog to be walked and cared for. They're insanely understaffed and overbook. Your dog might get walked 4 times a day at most if it stays overnight. Don't fall for this trap. They charge 15$ for an ice cream treat which is a tablespoon of brusters ice cream. If your dog isn't spayed or fixed it will not get walked more than twice a day and stay all day in a cage.

We just got our beautiful Golden Doodle back that the Pet Paradise Winter Garden groomers destroyed. Our dog is regularly groomed professionally (once a month) and brushed (3 to 4 times a week). They decided it was appropriate to shave our dog rather that hand cut which is the standard for this breed (just google it). They not only shaved his body but his ears and tail (his poor tail).
